I fished for these Snakehead's in Malaysia . There they have the BIG type of Snakehead ... There are 7 types of Snakehead's. Such fighters they are, just all muscle. And can be very dangerous, they protect their territory. I'd say during spawning that i think would be the around the same time the Bass down there spawn as well. They are very good tasting and so are the jumping carp as well....But True ! The biggest i caught in Malaysia were in the 33 inch size...They do get bigger !! ....You guys should fish for these species more...As you know big numbers of this fish will wipe out a pond or lake in no time.

Not gonna lie, these snakeheads don't seem to fight like the ones down here in south Florida. A frog along the bank or heavy cover with 40lb braid is the perfect combination to slay them. I've caught a bunch during the day but seems like the bigger ones like the night bait

They seem to be in the lower potomac river and around cambridge pretty heavy. Still could have shown you the state record bass. I am going to start taking this personal.
To the googan Squad is that stuff works on saltwater fish like Bluefish and striped bass I'll use that when I go freshwater fishing for the trout and crappie but I don't know if it works on my Bluefish and striped bass or summer flounder and when are you guys let me know if I can do that

Diamondback Terrapin... they live in brackish water around the east coast and gulf coast... awesome turtles, and were at one point endangered.
