I know theirs a few bass anglers who live in California who can name a few bass lakes but my favorite is Lake Skinner outside of Temecula, California

Brother you need to come to Georgia. Lake Sydney lanier is the #1 spotted bass fisheries. My pb is 6.24 lbs. Don't have 11 lbs world record spots but very common to catch 5 plus pounder

I have seen some big spots caught in California. The biggest I have seen is 9lbs+ on the TacticalBassin channel about 6-7 years ago.

When I cook fish with skin on, I will start on flesh side to seal in the flavor and seasoning and then finish on the skin side. Especially when blackening. Let me know if I am doing it wrong....
There is 16oz in a pound so 2.72 is just under 2 and a half 2.8 would be 2 and a half. That being said one rod was closer on his guess 🤙🏼

Wrong time to go fish for trout best time is during the morning or at night is when they're most active during the day you have to soak powerbait out there for it to work.
