A 6 minute Jackery commercial wow that's almost an infomercial!! lol The only problem I find with urban canals is the amount of trash polluting them! I would be hesitant to eat anything I caught from an urban canal.
I also used to have a Bed, Bath, and Beyond near me, but it closed down in light of the nearby mall closing and many of the stores there moving to the shopping center just up the street.
Snake head fish are plentiful in Vietnam ponds, rivers, etc. As a young lad in Vietnam, remember fishing them. These are one of the best fresh water fishes to eat. I am happy to see this video you posted!
Robert, because of you I bought the Jackery Portable Power Station Explorer 240 back in December 2021. Where I live, we occasionally lose power for up to 12 hours, and I use a CPAP machine to sleep. This Jackery can run the CPAP for two full nights, providing I turn off the heat & humidify settings. I'm pretty impressed.
A meal with the family, what a miracle. We serve an awesome God. You and your family are more than overcomers. You are an example of why we serve a living God. He does answer ALL prayers. He may say YES or he may say NO. Either way, he answers. I am thankful yours was a yes. Those fillets look amazing. It is hard to believe they are snakeheads.

So the avocado oil is GREAT Because it has a Super high smoke point of over 520 degrees! Olive oil is only about 400. I use it to oil my grill grates too! Great video Robbert.

Aria loves her fish! That is all my parents could me to eat as a child....I am 65 years old now and I can eat fish all day long.
