It did come with a twist throttle and cable like the gear shifter on a mountain bike. I replaced that with a mechanical mtb brake lever and a throttle cable for the vm22 from Amazon.
Hi I saw the kit on Amazon, however I see in Amazon the transom mount does not look like the one in your boat the one in Amazon looks like it’s to be bolted to a flat horizontal surface
I cut the arms off that H bracket. I then welded the center section to a pair of steel deep c clamps and reinforced with steel square stock. I'm pretty sure mudskipper sells a transom mount for $40-$50. Saw it on their website after modifying my bracket but can't seem to find it now.
What kit is it on amazon, i already have a built 212 id like to have one.

Hey man, did u have any issues bolting the shaft to the engine?
The output shaft was 1/2” too long on the predator crankshaft. This can be fixed either with spacers or just cutting 1/2” off of the output shaft.
