I have an Ex-Canadian Military 1952 LHD Series 1 80", and the wings are exactly the same as all the other Landy's from that time. My immediate thought was either a Minerva or a Lightweight, but those were produced after yours! Great episode and good looking car!

Somewhere around 2005-2008, there was a (non dealer) shop in Indianapolis Indiana (USA) that repaired, restored and I believe sold old Land Rovers. When I was there, they had at least two that stood out because of the bobbed front fenders. I was told they were military. Those I'm sure are long gone, but if you can make, or have contacts with, L.R. enthusiasts in the central Indiana area, they may be able to help you locate the shop owner or someone else that might know of a military model that is for sale. Good luck.

I also have some aluminum molding on the sides but some is missing. I've have it about 30 years and the title was last issued prior to me in 1967. I would sell it or be willing to trade it to someone serious.

Okay, I am three years late. Turn off the background music. It is beyond me why TH-cam content creators think playing background music over their voice is somehow enhancing their videos, it is not, it is distracting. We came to hear you, not to fight background music which quickly becomes extremely annoying and intrusive. Many folks have hearing difficulties, thus while concentrating on your voice they must also concentrate on tuning out the music; frustrating. Your background music ruins an otherwise exceptionally good presentation.
