Is there anyway to make the arms move back? It is beyond bad how forward they are. Cannot get in close enough to the desk and resting my arms on it means my arms have to go forward making my back and shoulder blades protracted when they are supposed to be retracted for ergonomics.
I've seen so many complaints about the arm rests, wondering there has been any work around otherwise I might have to send this chair back.

Hello there. Unfortunately, the design of the Embody's armrests allows for lateral movement (inward and outward) only, and does not accommodate adjustments for moving them backward or forward.

Just got this chair. My arms don’t seem to go out as much as this one. Afraid to pull too hard for fear of breaking. Am I missing something?

Hello there. When you're pressing on the buttons, you might need to use a bit of extra force, especially if they're brand new-they can be a little stiff. So, try pushing outward as you press down on them.
