    Happy Healthy February of 2022!
    I am so very excited to join the team at Walk with a Doc in spreading the good news of what "walking" can do for the health of the world!
    This new 2 Mile "heart healthy" workout was created in celebration of our friendship with Cardiologist David Sabgir and his amazing team over the years!
    I was part of the film crew and producer team and LOVED IT! Leading the workouts for so many years (decades!), I so very much enjoyed the work behind the camera.

    Great workout! But it all started with Leslie and we usually never forget most beginnings. She will never be forgotten because Leslie was the start of my lifestyle change I decide to make. Thank you all!🤗

      Leslie has been so quiet!!! Nothing shows up recent when you do a search. Her husband of a much older age passed in 20 or 21. I miss her but enjoy Nick now. Glad to have found this one also

      @@Honey-_bee awhile back there was some of Leslie's workouts combined and I liked that but one day they disappeared and haven't been able to find them again.
      I like Nick as well but I have only come across a couple of his workouts. Really short ones.

    I've been walking with Leslie for years & I love her workouts, but this is my new favorite. The only thing that would make it better is if Michael was in it, I love Michael!😊 I've lost 14 pounds since May, so this 65 year old grandma can actually keep up now!

    I am 60 years old- started leslie's workout in July 2022 (weight 93kg). By July 2023 came down 70kg!!Came down to size 14 from size 24!!😃

    Just did this 2 mile walk video after not walking for a while and it felt absolutely amazing! I literally cried tears of joy after I finished this walk, I was so proud of myself! Thank you guys for the encouragement to walk!

    This one is really effective..have been doing Leslies workouts for years and bought her box sets ..however this one is a winner..really like her style and more arm and core involvement is a bonus.. 5 star thankyou x

    Tnx so much for this wonderful workout exercise. Since 2011 I have been doing this kind of exercise with Lesley Sansone . She is an awesome human being. I’m 80 years and nobody 😮 believes that I’m 80. Maybe few wrinkles close to my chin, just light line. I’m so happy that you’re helping so many people. May God bless you Both doctors and the crew.     As a long time Walk at Home walker, I wasn't sure where the workouts were headed. I was starting to miss the familiar faces from the past few years. and starting to miss the "family." I'm glad to see Leslie back in any role, and this looks like a great idea. And I suppose I can get used to new faces in the leaders if they make it as fun as this workout is! Doctors and patients! We all fall into one of those categories, don't we? And I notice that there are people of all weights and body types walking, just like there were in the Walk at Home videos from years ago. Everyone needs to walk - this is a great message! Thanks for the new content!

      I started walking with Leslie and the gang back in 2003. Carol, Jo, and Mary Kay were part of the group then too. After a short time, I felt like I was exercising with friends. I miss those familiar faces but I know nothing remains the same and I enjoy the current walkers too. I'm hoping Leslie is doing well? Unfortunately Carol passed away some time ago...so sad.

      I've been walking with Leslie for almost 2 yrs and the exercises works. Combined with a sensible diet, I lost 15 Ibs. And now this video signals a new beginning and inspiration.

    I owe so much to Leslie. I discovered her videos when the gym was closed and I was looking to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I am 80+ and I am able to keep up with the young folks. Thank you Leslie and please make new videos.

    I can be the laziest person who hates exercise but when I started with Leslie during the pandemic and I lost weight and I looked good in photos, walking exercise has become my lifestyle. Thank you Leslie and your team.

    Thank you Leslie for your different class instructors. Good that you have people from the medical field. "Walk with Doc class" Good to see doctors encouraging their patients to walk. I joined these classes since 2020. I work in Bamako Mali and these classes have changed my life. I used to suffer from lower back pain despite doing yoga and other exercises. When I started these classes, I used to just walk outside (good to connect with nature) but I missed the knee lifts, the kicks, the kick backs, the grapevines, the upperbody, the step touch, the boosted walk, arms to heaven etc. Since I started doing Walk at Home videos with Leslie, Kamilah, Rocky, Nadyia and Nick, my lower back pain is gone. I feel good. I trimmed my waist line with those knee lifts and rotational moves. Well done guys. Keep us inspired. Keep us in good health. Appreciated.

      I still do the 1mile walk with Leslie. But I also do these exercises different from walking. Just hit 60 so I want to stay moving

    I've been a long time fan of Leslie Sansone's walk videos for years. I'd kind of forgotten about them when I joined a fitness center. Now here we are I'm 66 and I'm at home a lot!!! Thank you all of you for keeping us going.

    Love this walk! Remind's me of some of my most favorite earlier walks. Leslie's influence and workout style are all over this workout! Glad she is actively involved in this walk series! Looking forward to more walks with Dr. G! Hopefully more will be coming soon!

    I am an old school fan of WAH, I’ve been doing it for at least 15 years. I could not stand the thought of walking with anyone else leading except Leslie, but this girl immediately got my attention and got me pumped! Love this work out, love her confidence and energy. Also the story at the very end is really awesome, what an amazing and selfless doctor to spend his time that way! I wish there were so many more like you guys! ❤️❤️ 🏃‍♀️

    Thank you for this. A year ago today, I had a major heart attack, with angioplasty following, and then a quadruple heart bypass operation. These videos are so helpful in motivating people to stay on track with fitness. I also go to the gym now, 4 or 5 times per week. Thanks so much!

    That's amazing everyone should do it daily. Well I am teenager but I feel good doing this. Far better than other difficult exercises which causes cramps and pain in my back & toes. This one is like treatment 😍❤️

    Dorcas. As a 70 yr old who has done Leslie's workouts for years. I have been away from exercise for a few months and thought I'd try this one to start getting back into it, maybe just do 15 minutes, I've finished the whole session and love it. I will work a bit harder each time before putting everything in to it gradually. What a great video. Thank you

    I have been doing these exercises for forty five years and i really miss it if i take a day off ,when my husband was in hospital I did the exercises with Leslie in the morning and it relieves the built up tension ,will be doing this as long as i can and i am seventy five this year

    So, I wasn't wearing my reading glasses and I thought it said '2 mile walk with the dog' I thought, 'how bad can it be?! ' Lol 😆 great workout and I LOVE that it showed you how many steps you had done. Very encouraging!

    I just did this workout. It is great, IF you do not watch it!! The instructor/leader is NOT on the beat, and the people behind her are all over the place because of this!! It is really distracting. So, do the workout - just walk to the beat and do not watch it!! On a praising note, I really admire the cardiologist who walks with his patients! Wow! We need more doctors like him!!

      I completely agree with Debra. It's very distracting to have an instructor NOT walking on the beat. Everyone following the Walk Leader in this video has moments of confusion trying to keep up her with her. She makes abrupt changes and starts new exercises in the middle musical phrases with no warning or demonstration. I'm a long time walker and big fan of Leslie and WALK AT HOME. It's really helped keep me healthy during COVID, and as valuable as this 30 minute workout is, greater care should be taken in demonstration and staying on the beat of the music to avoid injury.

    It was time to do my workout so when I opened my TH-cam App I was thrilled to see this had just been posted. I had planned on doing a shorter workout today after doing a longer full body workout yesterday. I have missed seeing new material from Leslie’s trademark Walking Workouts on TH-cam.
    No pun intended, but this was just what the doctor ordered since motivation has been a mind battle the last week. Thank you for this surprise.

      This was great. I agree that the timing was off in places in regard to the beats of the music. Leslie always made sure our feet got it before we proceeded.

      Came here to say same thing. Very nice workout - good sweat, easy to follow moves, nice verbal cues (she actually reminds me of Leslie a lot!) but it gets really off beat in many places. Thought it might just be me or the video is out of sync with the music, but then it improved for a song or so later (then got out again). I think it happens because of the countdowns at the end of the moves - they don’t match the current foot and a lot of the transitions to new moves start in the middle of a natural 8 count of the music. I know the important thing is to be - and keep - moving, so being on beat is minor, but just thought I’d mention. Glad to read that so many people are benefitting from the workout. Appreciate the content and supportive community!

    Just did this one, found Leslie at the beginning of lockdowns, and I have to say I kept to a routine. I've been doing the steel city ones and of course the older TH-cam videos. Thanks to the Doctor she was brilliant to follow, it takes a lot of skill to direct and walk at the same time. Wishing Leslie and the original crew lots of love from Cornwall UK.

    Nooooow if you can just have something for folks like me( sciatica poor knees and muscle problems) it would be great. Thanks Doc the heart got a green flag. If I close my eyes I can hear Leslie 🙏🏽 all is well with her and the other team members. Keeping my eyes 👀 on you.

    the doctor's opening statement is so powerful and makes me cry. my dad suffers from heart attack n he had to wear that heart ring. it totally changed his lifestyle etc. probably the benefits of regular, low impact exercise such as walking was not really informed on people so he kinda too late to start walking in his late 60s now

    Thank you for adding this to the list of walking videos! I workout with several people at home and it has been a life saver during the pandemic. This one is an excellent workout! It is among my new faves along with Jordan, DLCC3 - Steel City Walkers
