No-knead crusty buns! Best easiest bread you'll ever bake! Only 4 ingredients!
Ingredients:
1 + 1/2 cups warm water (350ml).
1 tbsp dry or instant yeast (7g).
1 tsp salt + 1 tsp sugar.
4 cups flour (480g).
Bake at 190° (375°F) for 20 minutes.
Divide the dough into 8 equal portions. Take one piece and form a ball. Place on parchment paper-lined baking sheet with flour. Spraying water on buns. Let the dough rest at room temperature for 20 minutes. Use a sharp knife to cut a slit across the top of the buns. Bake at 190° (375°F) for 20 minutes. - แนวปฏิบัติและการใช้ชีวิต
I i am from French Canada, Quebec. Since young i had a bakery, cake-shop, cheese and yogourts-shop and jams, marinated veggies, and so on. I loved bake breads of all sorts, all bio from stone-ground-flours. Now i am old and bedridden in palliative care at home with my daughter but i love to watch bread recipes from around the world! Your recipes seems so amazing and easy, i can smell the parfume of a good loaf! ❤

I have just baked these and I am so glad I did because they are absolutely scrumptious. I think I probably put a little too much water in, but nevertheless they turned out like big baps with a crusty top - delicious. Thank you for sharing your recipe.

I just finished baking these buns and they were delicious. For some reason my dough was very dry so I had to add quite a bit more water and some sugar, salt, and yeast to make up the difference. I was scared it was gone for but in the end it turned out just like in the video. I guess this recipe is flexible to manipulation.
All in all thanks for the recipe. I wont be going to the store to buy anymore. Especially with the insane food prices in Canada right now.

@@Brasslantern007 I only cooked them slightly longer but I did not want to dry them out. Ovens and altitudes based on where you live can affect the outcome of things like baked goods as well.
I am Diabetic and have thrown out the white flour, but LOVE to see crusty bread come together and baked. Yummy! I will substitute other types of flour. Low carb for me, but can share.🤗. 🌴🌴. From: Jamaica, West Indies.

Thank you very much you know I’m not a bread baker but I figured out a couple of things I see you cut it into eight. I would scale it into grams and from there you divided into eight rolls I love it. I’m always trying something different sesame seeds. Also on top that’s your option.

For many years I have been using almost the exactly same recipe except that I mix everything in the food processor until absolutely smooth. NO kneading needed. I also boil the risen buns in boiling water, 1 minute per side. This bagel technique makes wonderful crispy rolls. I also bake them in my cheap toaster oven -- max heat --which saves heating the large oven.

@@bluehannah8696 Just boiling water, not even salt. Mine look exactly like those in the photo above. My cheap Oster toaster oven, max heat, does a perfect job with just a few min preheat.
@@annamoonsammy4692 I use my cheap Oster toaster oven, max heat, about 25 min. I leave an iron pan to preheat first.
@@annamoonsammy4692 I leave mine for 25+ min but I am at 1500 mts elevation which affects baking. Also, since I am shamelessly lazy I make my dough in the food processor, process untill absolutely smooth. No need to knead ( :) ) at all.

Great recipe for those who don't own a stand mixer. For warmer climates (or summer), you also might decrease yeast to maybe 2 tsp. I baked at 400 deg.

just cooked the buns following your recipe - worked out well and tastes good - i did however had to extend my cooking time from 20min to 30 min @190 celsuis.
