I would recommend baking at 400 degress with a pan of water at the bottom of your oven. This helps develop a nice crust. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees with a small pan filled with water. Once preheated, place your buns on the top rack of your oven and bake for 20 minutes. 😀

Thank you very much you know I’m not a bread baker but I figured out a couple of things I see you cut it into eight. I would scale it into grams and from there you divided into eight rolls I love it. I’m always trying something different sesame seeds. Also on top that’s your option.

Great recipe for those who don't own a stand mixer. For warmer climates (or summer), you also might decrease yeast to maybe 2 tsp. I baked at 400 deg.
