- Sea fishing Langney Point Eastbourne on a baking hot day catching mackerel.
Andy and I fished the tide in and then back out for ten hours on an incredibly hot day. Winds from the North East, fresh baits, a missed bangin bite and caught a few mackerel. Still a good day in good company.

😂😂😂 good to try the rods out with a bit of force behind them. Was hoping to get out this Sunday and fish late evening into darkness but wee bit of wind and weed around so going to keep an eye on the beach that am planning to go to 🤞🤞cheers
A bucket of mackerel is better than an empty bucket ! Maybe it's time to get the candles out and do a night session for something bigger🕯🕯🦈. Glad you are getting to grips with the new tackle. See you on the beach soon🎣🍻

Hi Derek good to hear from you and getting on with life and the tedious hospital visits but all good and fishing certainly helps smooth the creases of life.

Hi and good morning, ruddy hot day and thank goodness for the humble and tasty mackerel.
Tried to go this weekend but too much weed and wind on my normal beach so went to the Isle of Sheppey and fished afternoon and night on an incoming tide with fresh out baits and just fed the crabs 😂 take care and tight lines 🎣🎣🍺👍👍

Only us anglers know the pain and suffering we go through to bring people vidoes and the hours that goes into it.

Nice one Paul a few mackerel excellent. My son and I have been several times and caught nothing. It’s not great all round. On the flip side it’s good to get out 😊😊

Eazy paul you ok pal, thanks for another vid to watch. Yoga on the beach, n then shite it duz piss one off how different people uze the same place. When you come up this way , come on my field n get that reel down the but n we will have some casts . I'm still learning , vern from verns sea fishing came n picked me up n we went casting for an hour or so last week. He put me right were my arms should be on the but. Well done on your makkies . Hi John did have check up and ongoing with sorting out the dreaded cancer but looking all good that I will be around a few more years 🤞

Excellent stuff again mate. Now u are buying rods every trip u know I love ure red ones. How much would you sell them for or I guess you would love to keep them. If u not gonna use them again and stick to the new ones I would love a pair of rods that match. As you know Paul I'm not rich at the mo but my boys and missus will give my Xmas money early . Are they very expensive.?
Hi Steve thanks for the kind words and the latest rods were given to me to review as don’t have a well full of money 😂
The red rods are Vercelli Enygma hammers and cost about £160.00 and are 15ft and rated up to 8 ounces.
I am not going to use them as have the 4 Penn rods and enygmas are sitting in the garage.
How about this if you drive down to my house near Redhill I will give them to you as an early Christmas present and your outlay is just the fuel.

Yes I fished the other night on Southwick beach. 10.30 tide fairly calm. Mackerel, whitebait, fresh prawn, frozen prawn. Completely useless! Not a fish. Mackerel on the Marina almost TOTALLY absent this year. Not caught ONE!

Hi Michael good luck in October and Eastbourne has many nooks and crannies to fish both shallow marks and deeper water.
Then there is always Pevensey and Cooden but what I generally do is go to Anglers den in Pevensey and ask their advice. Really helpful are local anglers and sell really fresh bait. Should you choose to dig for bait then either Normans bay or Pevensey where lug and razor clams can be found.

@@SeaFishingWithPaul we will be on a coach trip but i will make sure i pack a travel rod n reel and a few bits and pieces. Would be good to meet you. Hope things are going well for you. You certainly appear positive and well. The videos are really good. I was at Bridlington last Thursday only got a couple of small Whiting as long as my finger my bait was bigger! Lol.
@@michaelsellers9123 Hi Michael am getting through all the various treatments and some are a tad tedious and challenging but cannot change the clock and just need to get on with it all.
Staying positive certainly helps as does fishing.
Bridlington is somewhere that I would like to fish and Helen and I are looking at houses up that direction in the beginning of October as have always wanted to live by the sea away from the hustle and bustle down here.
Whiting haven’t yet made an appearance this way yet but am sure they are on the way 😂 take care 👍🎣🎣🍺
@@SeaFishingWithPaul depending on what house you want you will get alot for your money on that coast. We are in Doncaster and looked at bungalows in Scarborough where i grew up and there are some bargains.

Hi Tony fishing has been disappointing and a challenge but feel that somewhere out there is my fish of a lifetime which motivates me to keep going.
