Yo, does this improve launches? I know these cars struggle to hook.

Quaife is known for ATB LSD, so it activated during slipping, not at the stationary position, you can lift quaife ATB LSD and just spin 1 tire, second will rotate opposite side, but when slipping goes under acceleration - than the helical gears engage and lock diff? Can you please share some more information on your diff?

how do you fit the stub axles in the diff seeing as you cant use the normal clips as the diff is sealed

@@Nd_72 yes. It feels like when you do a tight turn in a 4x4 in dry concrete. But I’m not sure if is bc of the lsd but in a straight line it feels great

What happened to the sub frame bushings? How did you know they were bad and have you changed then yet?

Going to get all the rear bushings this time. And stop hoping 20 year old ones hold up

no but they do sell led for the clk500 and if you are going to get a w209 clk55 and add the lad to that it haas a 3.06 gear set up in it stock
