Just turned 40 this year! I’m on round 2 of my weight loss journey lost 60 and gained it all back within 2 years. Now I’m focused on loosing the correct way - changing my mindset so I can keep it off! Super excited to just be feeling better! Yes to more 40 and up content! Let’s go!! ❤🎉🎉🎉🎉
More content for over 40! I'm 45, lost 97# and just starting to work out, doing it at home w/an adjustable dumbell/barbell/kettlebell set. You're on top of the science, the studies agree with you. Glad to see it!
Facts. She's only been lifing for a year and a half. She needs to eat at true maintenance, probably around 2000 calories, and build more strength and muscle. Everyone wants to get on stage before they've even built a proper foundation. 🙄She needs to chill.
Paul I’ve followed your channel forever and would love to see more women centric content. From a fit 42-year-old female, hoping to get on stage for the first time in the next year or two. 😁
Yes, please! More tips for us over 50 girls. I swim, ride a bike, and recently have started with weight training. Suddenly, my lean physique is hard to maintain, and belly fat piling up. Totally lost! 😢
Love the women-targeted video! Loved joining one of your challenges and Coach Stephanie!! 💗 Thank you for such great resources to help us 'regular' people be more fit and healthy!
Yes! More content for women would be awesome. My husband and I very much enjoy watching your videos and applying your very sensible principles to our lives.
Love your channel Paul and have binge watched since discovering you a month ago. Please include more content for women. I’m about to turn 56 and have lifted for the last year but trying to lose fat is hard. Don’t want to get shredded just want to see all the muscle I’m working so hard to gain “under the hood”. Thank you so much
How about more content for women over 50, possibly with metabolic issues (like NAFLD or Prediabetic). There's so much info out there, it's hard to filter through the bull and know what truly is accurate.
Please Paul More women content would be great!! Thanks I have followed you for years now Thanks to your knowledge sharing I have been able to find my path and maintain a long term routine for my health 😊
Thank you, Paul! Thank you for addressing cycle cravings. I asked female ProPhysique coaches about that during Summer Challenge, and their response was “we had never experienced that.” You know more than some females 😂 Thank you again! Love your videos and approach. It really works!!!
I'm a 30-year-old woman and I've been watching your content for yearssss. I'm seeing changes in my body now and how it's a lot harder to lose weight / maintain now than in my 20s, so I'd love to see more female-centric content too!!! Started dieting at 13 years old but stopped that yo-yo-dieting in my mid-20s, but still feeling the effects of that even now
Paul I found your videos last year and I love watching them as a woman in my late 20’s. I have applied some of your advice like walking and have seen some tremendous results. I’m hoping to see some more women centric videos 🙌
This video is really good. Different than all the other women over 40 info. So true that I started controlling my caloric intake since I was about 13 or 14.
Yes please. Would love to see more info for women over 40. I doubled my alkaline phosphate in 1 year which is due to my significant strength training. However I have gained almost 30 pounds since 2020. Though to be honest I eat maybe 70/30. I don’t do a lot of cardio which could be my issue. I strength train 4 days a week for 30 minutes due to a very strict work schedule.
It absolutely is. This lady needs to eat more, keep lifting for longer and be patient. First thing everyone wants to do nowadays is jump on stage to show off. 🙄 After only a year and a half of lifting, I highly doubt that she has built any appreciable amount of muscle.
Hi Paul. I’m currently in the ongoing challenge that ends in three weeks. I’m 49 and down two dress sizes already. It’s all about tracking and taking accountability I agree. Ive never felt restricted either in diet even though I’m in a deficit. Thanks for this. Would love more content on women specifically.
Nice to learn that clothing fitting better is an indicator of fat loss. I've been monitoring subcutaneous bf my scale doesn't move down much. I'm 74 and I've gone from 155 - 134 lbs. bf down from 32- 27%. I enjoy resistance/weights, biking and walking/hiking. When I was 19- 20 years old I lost about 35 lbs . I was consistent with my plan and enjoyed hunger, dreaming of being slim kept me in line back then. It was easy to stay at that weight until menopause. Everything went haywire: sleep, stress, hunger, relationships.
Thanks for a good video. I know it was targeted to ladies but I love the idea that I can take the attitude that hunger is the body's signal that it's in a caloric deficit. And to use my competitive attitude to not give in and snack! This is the kinda stuff that helps me keep going.
Yaaas! More women's content, please! Especially, peri- and menopausal challenges with fat loss/dieting/workouts. 🙏 The late 40s/50s are the new 30s, afterall! 😂
Yes - more female content! And how to adapt a program that’s focused on men for the female physique. Most women don’t want to be working their trapezius or as many shoulder exercises as standard programs
Thanks for making these video's. My wife lost already 66 pounds in a year. But the belly fat is still a huge problem. But she keeps going. Together we make it work, as i lost also a good amount of fat.
More content for women over 60 and past menopause please. I have had two hip replacement surgeries and feel better than ever now. My body likes to keep weight at the abdomen. The older you get, the harder it is to get rid of that fat.
7:11 How messed up must be our world so that a person is proud to say "I'm happy to be hungry"? Come on... One thing is a person being healthy, at the correct weight, etc. other thing is a person starving to get so thin... That's so sad
Hey Paul, 8y long subscriber here. Although all you tell in this video is (in my opinion) absolutely true I didnt really get something new out of it :/ My problem mostly is that I am never hungry in a diet, so I cannot tell if I am burning fat or undereating. I started weight loss in May, dropped some BF and regained muscle (after a long gym absence) but I am completely stuck. I ate around 1600cal. I then went to an institue where your BMR is measured through a breathing machine. It came out my BMR was 200cal higher than expected so i directly adjusted my caloric intake per day up. It seems it helped a bit but still I wonder why I was never feeling tired, hungry etc when clearly undereating
Same here but I find that slowly my energy dips and processing speed as well while still not experiencing hunger. Because of this I have chosen to be at maintenance calories but increase cardio n exercise intensity. I suspect it is a stress response but I may be wrong.
Surprised you didn’t chat about lifting weights, eating protein , building more lean mass which should result in higher metabolism which means being in a caloric deficit is easier
I'm 33 and just starting my weight loss / fitness journey. I would love more women directed content. I'm very petite just under 5 foot. Current weight of 182 lb with a goal of 120 lb by January 2026. I began eating in a calorie deficit ( 1000 - 1400 ) prioritizing protein. I track my intake on an app. I also aim to walk 4 miles 5 days a week, and weight train 3 days a week. I'm a mother of 2, and lost my womanly figure after my second child was born. I'm interested to hear your thoughts and advice on my plan so far.
Do we know what body fat % the woman is on the thumbnail at the end of her 90 day challenge? Do you know if she got it measured or where would you guess she is at? New to the cutting world and trying to learn to train my eye to know approx. body fat using only basic visual photos, etc. Enjoying your channel immensely!
I’m a 37 year old woman who is 5’7” and 170 lbs I’d like to drop more weight but I’m stuck. My PCOS has made my metabolism worse so I’m keto. Just started going to the gym. What are your thoughts? My goal is to be closer to 135 lbs
I'm a 60 year old woman I'm trying to build muscle I would love to lose body fat but I think I need to focus on building muscle first maintaining the muscle before trying to cut would you agree with that? Can you help with me being able to build and then lean out just using food or do I have to do supplements?
Thank you to the 47 year old lady for bringing attention to more female content 😀. Yes Paul, please do more female based videos. This is coming from a 49 year old woman
Please! More older female content. I'm 55, 21% bodyfat, lifting 5 days a week, but want to get leaner. I hit 17% bodyfat at age 50, but can't get below 21 anymore.
Hi Paul I’m 47 and new this year to weight training properly and having a coach, I would like to step on stage one day but am I too old and would a stomach scar from a childhood operation go against me on stage ? Any advice please 🙏🏽 love your content , been listening for over a year
Great video!!! When I ever decide to compete again you know I’m coming back to you! lol I have the itch…. But also trying to start a family so maybe after 😂

133lbs at a height of 5‘7??? And she wants to lose weight! Something is not right. I‘m 5‘7 and know what I‘d look like at that weight.
I'm only 5'2" and I'd look awesome at 133 lol
Maybe you have a larger body frame than she does? I'm 5'7 and 123 pounds with a small frame and i definitely have some excess fat to lose...
That's what I said. I'm 5'6" and I'm WAY younger than her, but she sounds like she's wanting to go pro fitness or something!
Facts. She's only been lifing for a year and a half. She needs to eat at true maintenance, probably around 2000 calories, and build more strength and muscle. Everyone wants to get on stage before they've even built a proper foundation. 🙄She needs to chill.

Perimenopause and women issues are so hard. What worked in my 30s is skewed majorly in my 40s thnx to hormones
