Omg, your sound. Dude. It’s so….perfect. It’s like listening to an angel. Seriously tho, no sound issues for me. I could hear everything perfectly. Recently took a hiatus from ESO. Thinking about getting back into it. I kinda want to try out the necro healer; as a tank I’ve used the reviving ult and it saved some runs. Healing as a necromancer seems fundamentally wrong…like I should be absorbing the souls of my fallen comrades instead of mending their wounds 😅
Haha right?! Like you shouldn’t be able to do anything until they die the first time, then you bring them back as zombies. Thanks for the audio feedback!
pearls of elnophey if so underrated. when people think of healer mythics, usually they go to spaulder, but a good healer can get a lot out of pearls. using it with rojo is counter intuitive, as you are heavy attacking regularly, so your mag is usually above 50%. with spc pp, ive seen a strange set up with front bar spc and back bar pp, still keeping the monster set (sob usually, but naz is good with the ultigen). another interesting thing is cryptcannon vestments. not for trials, but dungeons, so a little off topic. wearing spc and an untigen set (drakes rush) allows you to provide huge amounts of ultimate to your group. havent seen a lot of people talk about it publicly, think its worth getting out there.
I hadn’t thought about that stuff for dungeons. I did have an Xbox eu friend mention the single bar setup spc you mentioned. You raise some great points lusamine, I’ll see if I can’t get a short video out this week, and of closures credit you both. Ty!
I love my Warden Healer. I am about to level up a Archanist specifically for healing though, and I have heard it does really well. Necro is something I have yet to try for healing.
Thanks for the guide. I always learn quite a bit and I enjoy your teaching style. I've started reviewing your previous guide for magblade. With the changes in update 39 would you expect big changes to the build?
Surprisingly not. Only thing you need to change is that you want to use concealed weapon now for the proc, even if you are moving to range. It no longer works passively. With the changes last year to less disruptive updates, most builds from the last 1.5 years or sometimes more are still very effective.
So in the video, you said that Necro Healer is the best at healing. How do you feel it compares to Arcanist Healer? I ask because I'm in the process of making a healer class and I want to pick one over the other.
So all classes can heal more than enough to do any content. It really comes down to utility. Most groups want more dps, which arcanists will do, so do nightblades, necros are amazing for prog groups, and wardens are always desirable for their unique buffs. What kind of content do you ultimately want to do? I could give more specific advice if you have something in mind.
@@Nightharrow Im definitely a more casual gamer. I dont see myself doing Trials or anything super end game. I like the idea of a Necromancer Healer because it can do AoE attacks like Boneyard to help the team along with healing. But to me at least, Necromancer healing seems a little underwhelming (though your video definitely makes them seem stronger!) Arcanist healers I've seen use that "Curative" beam heal to great effect, as well as other supportive skills. So Im kinda torn between the two >.
Yeah the beam is kind of crazy, although there can be targeting issues with it. If you are not doing harder vetting trials it really doesn’t matter. Any healers class can put out more than enough raw heals, so I would pick the one you like the flavor of most.
That would depend on the circumstances but generally no. Often a tank will wear sax if it’s needed, but not always. If you have a specific situation in mind I could give more specifics but it’s a bit broad to say much more. And group composition also plays a role there.
@@Nightharrow I feel ya I’m semi new to game and still trying to compose healer builds other then the meta. I’ve kind of fallen on symph/z’ens/MA for my necro. Kind of try to make a damage battery. I made an arc healer (use meta build of symph/spc/pp) as main and built a damage shield healer on it that’s brand of imp/combat phys/ozezan menders staff MH that works brilliantly. Love the content dude
Yeah, I really wish eso would have better secondary options. Dungeons are a lot better, because you can’t pick all the best sets, just nowhere to put them, but for trials it’s kind of like one or two setups and wearing anything else is just objectively worse. :(
Nah, bone shield is an undaunted skill, as confusing as that is, and you still want to use the same magica morph of blast bones. It just procs on you now for two skeletons.
They do great. Healer race is less important than the other roles. High/dark elves are best all around, argonians for raw heals, Bretons have good sustain (although high elves are just as good if you swap jewelry enchants).
If you are in harder content like a veteran trial, use spell power potions (the xpensice ones that give crit and spell power) and for food you can use witch mothers potent brew is you need health & recovery, or ghastly eye bowl if you don’t.
Like your way of delivering content, but watching you stand for so long is a bit unsettling, I mean can't you do the same content just by sitting down in a relax way? Maybe it's just me but I prefer when people sit down and explain, otherwise it feels like I'm attending a lecture, also you look sleep deprived mate, get some rest!
It kind of depends on the video where I am at. Right now it’s standing room only in the room I’m recording in. I’d like to have a physical backdrop one day, but I’ll have to get back in the garage to make that happen. As for the sleep, I appreciate it, but I’m well rested. That’s just how I look lol.
Hey Aaron! I really appreciate this feedback, and want to act on it. I’m not an audio engineer but I’ve received this feedback intermittently with some people saying it’s good and others like yourself saying it’s bad. Can you tell me anything else about how it’s hard to hear? Just trying to gather data I can take to a professional.
I just recently found your builds@@Nightharrow. Love the content (subscribed), but sometimes, due to the tenor of your voice, you need to crank the volume to hear the tutorial. Now that I am following you, I let you know if i noticed other vids with similar issues.
Yeah, you’re not the only one. I think it’s a combination of the room I’m in and the mic I’m using. I grabbed some more materials for more diy sound proofing today. Will give that a shot and go for a new mic if that doesn’t do it. I think it’s distorting my voice a bit high somehow, and then not coming through on many sound systems. Also a bit echoing. I appreciate you taking the time to let me know. Drop another comment any time, it only helps me make better videos.
Haha sry, tone can be hard to pick up in the interwebs here. Well I hope you like it. If you have questions or what have you, don’t be afraid to drop by the discord. Plenty of people there glad to help.
That’s kind of an odd request, so I would probably want to know more. Lol. But arcanist, warden, or necro would be my tops picks. Probably in that order. Some of the other classes don’t have the bursty class heals like those three do, and if you’re doing something with a two hander you will probably want that.
"Renewing Animation" is awesome and can save the party on a rough time. Just for that, a Necro healer is always welcome. Great video!

Been main healing on a necro for a while now. This gave me a couple of ideas that might help me squeeze out some more heals. Thanks
Happy to help!
Great stuff, I appreciate this! I don’t do trials but I do arenas and HM vet content. Most of this should be viable for that I’d think as well!
Definitely should be and I hope it helps!

@@Nightharrow oh okay shoiuld have known that. but i am looking at the necro skills now and can't find the blastbones skill. did they replace it?
@@Filthypunkrocker Yeah, they changed it. Now only the stamina morph functions like the old one. New magicka morph is called Grave Lord's Sacrafice.
Do you stil recommend the blue blastbones after the nerf/changes to it? Or go green bb, or drop completely?
Yep, it’s even better for supports who want ulti gen, as you get two corpses instead of one.

I tend to roll healers to get queued quicker and leveling quicker
Definitely a good way to do it. Tanks are even more in demand, but it can be a lot of pressure.

Honestly, more than most classes. Just the way it works in eso, you only use a couple of class skills typically. Mostly it’s resto staff skills.
