Fair enough, I probably could have added it as another option. It’s just so difficult to get it proced in an unorganized group, or even in some situations, that it’s hard to recommend. I would tend to recommend Pearlescent Ward over it in most situations because of that.
Tanks wearing PA is so 2 years ago! It's on the healer now! I still run PA on my tank for PUG dailys but that is just because 80 percent of the time it is a fake healer DPS in the group and I have a n old golded out PA set in inventory anyways so why not!
My Dungeon setup is Olo Destro, PA Resto and jewels, Symphony and Cryptcannon. On fights where you really need a 2nd barrier in group drop cyrptcannon for a PA chest and run pearls of elnofey. Tank goes Sax/WM/Archdruid or Sax/Tide or Tide/Wm. Can hit some really insane burn pushes and skip mechs. It is not a set it and forget it because its possible the tank is running PA if random queueing and olo if youre dps arent coordinated or unfamiliar with olo will be a fun mini game trying drop it on their head.
Awesome!, for the moment my dung setup about the same except i got 1 piece Magma and back bar PA , my setup is Magma, SPC body, Spaulder mythic, Master restro, and BB- PA ice staff... I just need to work on my trials setups for the secondary option since I already have the primary setup.. just in case the other healer dont have the option to switch.. like myself, lol
Hmm nice options there on the RoJo setup. I almost have mine completed. As the "second healer" I do like pairing that with spaulders of ruin, and then just some monster helm that adds mag or healing with first piece.
Nightblade for the dps buffs, warden often for the unique survival buffs. I like arcanists for their glyphs with Pillagers Profit. Necros are great healers but mostly never asked for.
Awesome, glad they have helped! Best way is to come by the discord. Should be link on my TH-cam landing page. I mostly just drop in for trials at this point though, but always happy to chat, and we have some great help channels if you are looking for personalized advice on anything!
Sustain isn’t really a problem anymore, so it hasn’t been a desirable set in a very long time. Nothing specifically wrong with it, it’s just that other things are better.
I doubt it's new or revolutionary but I've been knocking out no death runs using Combat physician, jorvold guidance, and the blind monster set. Running it on a sorc high elf. About 46k magic. Running weapon pots for crit chance. Seems like they work for healing crit as well as damage. Barrier for ultimate and using heroism pots if the run feels like a no death run for more frequent barrier. Ive been getting no death runs ** in random dungeon finder** 😂😂 It's been doing well I'd say.
Haha that’s pretty impressive. I’ve seen randos just stand in stuff while I’m spamming combat prayer trying to keep them alive. Lol. Like “please move before I run out of mana”.
Having spc is the biggest deal, so that’s good. Transformative Hope is less than ideal in most situations, unless you want to play with fire and let party members help drop below 50% fairly often, so I wouldn’t personally recommend it.
This is intended for dungeons and trials, but the primary setup is definitely buffs you would want in a ball group. Secondary setup would depend on your group. Oh and I should point out that other traits, particularly on armor would tend to make more sense. And that kind of always going to be the case with PvP vs pve.
Dungeon pugs i run spc and dark convergence on a dk healer. Mainly i use dark convergence because there's a lot of fake tanks in pugs. it's not optimal, but i complete a lot of random daily dungeons on this meme build.
I usually dip if there is a fake tank, I just don't feel like working my fingers to the bone to keep a DPS(fake tank) alive because they were too lazy to wait in a queue I mean if they try to perform as the tank and throw on some heavy armor ok but most just don't even try at all! It just isn't that hard to throw on some heavy armor and slot a taunt IMO ( takes 2 seconds!) ! Unless its a friend fake tanking :P But then that way it doesn't affect the DPS as I keep the fake tank alive and he tanks so no harm no foul. I got a buddy we switch being fake tanks to get through with the dailys faster but I always slot a taunt and actually perform the role I signed up for!! Can fake heal easily too as long as you throw on a set of Winters Respite and slot a heal or 2 can get most groups through a dungeon easily! You just have to put on some gear and slot some skills for the role you picked and all is well!! Too bad 99 percent of those fake tanking and fake healing don't even bother to do that!!!!
Haha that’s genius tbh. Get em stacked quickly even if you have a fake tank. I guess next patch we will be able to have our own mag chain so that could also be nice.
@@Nightharrow I'm going to hold off on gold road until i see how much can actually be done to affect support builds. Honestly it seems like there's hope for making those roles more fun to play.
There is a lot there for supports tbh, mostly lacking for dps. I am concerned that things like the tether are going to work so bad (ie buggy or hard to use) that we are not going to want to use it, but still other options available. I plan on doing a “Should you buy” video. Hope it will be helpful for you.
Haha hey, I wasn’t going to make 3 healer gear videos, what do you want me to do? Once you’ve picked one you don’t have to swap it. So I think it’s accurate.
I seriously thought about it for this one, but I think it might be too much for the average group of players still. Stacks and ulti management wise. And if you are not managing ult or not doing ulti pulls (but wiping), I just don’t think it’s worth it.
@@justintool5827 So just to be clear, Im with you, and almost recommended it. I think if anything what I will do first though is try it out in my own guild, and see how it goes. It's just that you also need slayer stacks. And if you are wiping at bad times, you dont have ult, so then groups need to start doing ulti pulls? Not really going to happen. So I think for right now Im still not ready to recommend it to the average group.
I mean, on some level none of this is “needed” it’s just really helpful if you want your group to do good dps and clear content quickly. The ulti gen on pearls is massive as it doubles your base ulti gen, and call allow your group to drop more ults, even barrier spam more often if that’s your thing, than you would otherwise. But yeah all of these sets are optional. It’s a bit old, but I explain why running dps increasing sets is so good in this video and playlist. I feel like it’s worth mentioning Powerful assault, SPC, Spaulder. That’s the powerhouse dungeon healer. Obviously if the tank is wearing PA then swap

Hmm nice options there on the RoJo setup. I almost have mine completed. As the "second healer" I do like pairing that with spaulders of ruin, and then just some monster helm that adds mag or healing with first piece.
Great video as always Night! Thanks!
Thanks Silver!
For endgame trials what healer classes are usually required? Warden/Templar for big heal numbers and maybe necro/NB off-heals for their buffs?
Nightblade for the dps buffs, warden often for the unique survival buffs. I like arcanists for their glyphs with Pillagers Profit. Necros are great healers but mostly never asked for.

do you have written guides?
It’s still a work in progress but yes.

If you can you be more specific and I can probably tell you. I’m just not sure what you are referring to.
Hello Night I have a special request to make; could you give us a guide to an off healer/buffer debuff in warden plz?
I think we could help you in the discord with something like that. It’s a little niche for a video I’m afraid.
Rojo?

It only helps with weapons though is the issue, so not going to do anything for Roaring Opportunist.
