The Truth About Bread Made From Wheat or Any Grain | Be Ware - All Grains are Unhealthy!

  • Many folks buy bread and eat lots of it daily while thinking it is good for them. The truth is in my video - bread made from wheat, be that white, brown, or whole grain wheat is very unhealthy. Breads made from any grain are bad for your overall health, particularly your gut health.
    What you think is healthy bread, turns into glucose (sugar) in your bloodstream, which bloats you and makes you gain weight. It also suppresses your immune system, leading to various health issues as you age.
    I recommend making Almond Flour Bread at home - it's easy to do!

    I agree with everything except the fact that you included vegetables in the list of unhealthy foods; most vegetables contain less than 3g of carbs in 100g of product, eating veggies will never spike your glucose to toxic levels. Humans have farmed and eaten vegetables for thousands of years and survived.

      That’s not the case nor what I’m talking about. 95% of vegetables contain natures toxins called lectins and phytons, which can cause leaky gut in many. I had leaky gut for years and it was miserable. I almost died. Once I went keto/carnivore and ditched almost all veggies I was healed within 2 months. Millions go through what I did. Farmers and our ancient ancestors mostly ate animal protein and fat

      @@robshealthcrunch Millions eat vegetables every day and don't have this "leaky gut" problem you're talking about. The real issues that are affecting the human population are diabetes, cancer and atherosclerosis, which are caused by sugar, processed foods, and smoking. Vegetables are perfectly fine for most people.

      @@krirub8166 you are correct about sugar but wrong about everything else. Sugar is not the only cause for diabetes, obesity and cancer! Oh no. See, this is where laymen like you who have no education in nutrition and how the body functions go so wrong.
      Carbohydrates, and everything made from grains turn into sugar in the bloodstream! Junk food basically. That’s the main cause for people getting fat and sick.
      Next there is seed oils, which are toxic and burn at low temperatures.
      Vegetables also don’t want to be eaten or killed! You are clueless about how many millions suffer from leaky gut which is usually caused by the toxins in vegetables!
      Please don’t lecture the qualified, instead, go ad study. Your opinion is yours but facts are what matter

      @@robshealthcrunch That which can be asserted without evidence, can be dismissed without evidence. There is no study linking vegetables' consumption to increased risk of developing pathologies of any kind.
