    Gosh, this really came to me when it was necessary. These are the first Christmas holidays where I've actually lost weight before that, and it's been really difficult to follow my plan. It isn't impossible, but it's super difficult, and I haven't been following it 100 percent for a while. All of these tips have helped me to realize that I can continue my weight-loss journey, and that I can control how much I'm eating even though there is a lot of food around me.

    i just want to say, it’s all about BALANCE. it’s okay to eat occasional treats and enjoy something. as someone who takes care of her health, just fuel your body the right amount and eat whole foods. please eat and take care of your body!!
