    There is no such thing as effortlessly thin for some of us. It takes effort if you have a bad genes, your are over 50, and maybe have something like hypothyroidism. If those conditions exist, there is no such thing as effortlessly thin.

      Thanks so much for your comment. There will always be exceptions and yes for some people it may take more effort but at the end of the day it still comes down to lifestyle changes, regular movement, stop overeating. I was talking about "naturally thin" women and their habits. Even if you do have certain conditions those habits will still benefit you and your wellbeing.

    This is how I’ve been living for the last year or so and have never felt better. I started focusing on getting stronger through resistance training, healing my metabolism, and increasing protein. I focus on an 80/20 ratio as well and I’m slowly getting leaner. It’s such a freeing way to view food. I started to live the way my ideal self would if I was the body weight I’ve always wanted to be. Everything is slowly falling into place. ☺️

    nailed it! I always tried to hard to be cool but failed miserably. Now (in my late 30s) I don`t care anymore and I started noticing so many people around me started to perceive me as cool 😄 the irony!

And" healthy fasting" never hurt anyone. Intermittent fasting is the best thing that a human can do. Trust me I've tried it and found outstanding results and so have others.😊
