Physick has Stamina recovery and all damage negation (Greenburst Crystal and Opaline Hardtear). Drink physick, seppuku with sword, cast Golden Vow, Black Flame's Protection and Bestial Vitality, sit on grace, then go inside the arena. Poisonous Mist immediately, then roll to dodge his gravity charge attack. Use only Heavy attacks or Charged Heavy attacks, poison will proc and so will bleed, two bleed procs will carry him to the second phase. Whenever the second phase starts, drink a flask to heal up, cast poisonous mist on him, and drink physick, and then try to block, block works on the initial nuke. If you could indeed block it, then charged heavy attack will break his poise. Critical hit him, then another charged heavy as he's getting up. At that point he'll be close to jumping up, you can hit him with another charged heavy as he's jumping up. Run far away while blocking, you can block damage from the meteor as well. Heal up, then another charged heavy will most likely break his poise again. Congratulations, you have killed the most overpowered boss in the game, without using a shield.
