How come this game doesn't play on any windows 10,11 or 12, something wrong?

I am in early 1942 and managed to join Axis to defeat UK and annex all of UK to get North Sea Empire. Taking on Spain to then declare on Vichy France and then leave Axis and declare on Germany. I already have the other Norway achievements and just need Cheese Your Fighter. Wish me luck.

so i was very impressed by the style of playing the game and still , and also learning , so can i ask , what was the orginal video time before speed the loot and the shop and this stuff ? cause i like spend 4 hour every day on the game after like 4 days i guess , i am right now in chapter 8 .😅

9/1 is unarguably better, adding any more artillery barely betters stats as it decreases org and increases cw. If you do the calculations then anything above 9/1 is a waste, the attacks per cw are barely higher for 9/2 but the production cost is higher, for 9/3 the attacks per cw decrease making a 9/3 worse than a 9/1 in any case. The same can be said for a 9/4. (Soft attack * Organisation = Attacks / cw = Attacks per cw)

I revisited this video when I decided to play as Communist Brazil, and found out an improvement. I improvised a naval invasion near Santos, and it shortened the war by 3 months. 2 divisions, one to go towards Rio de Janeiro, while one takes Sao Paulo and tries for Belo Horizonte, but it's not critical. Just ferry over a cavalry unit to go towards Curitiba, and then Florianopolis- Porto Alegre. Meanwhile, the rest of the army keeps the enemy bogged down around Victoria. An early drive to Goiania by a few units might be feasible. I did this without securing the military support.

I've killed him with Bloodfiend's Arm, Poisonous Mist ash of war, blood affinity. 60 vigor, 25 mind, 30 endurance, 40 strength and 80 arcane. Talismans: Erdtree Favor +2, Golden Braid, Dragoncrest Greatshield and Lord of Blood's Exultation. Fire Knight Helm, Beast Champion Armor, Rakshasa gloves and boots. Physick has Stamina recovery and all damage negation (Greenburst Crystal and Opaline Hardtear). Drink physick, seppuku with sword, cast Golden Vow, Black Flame's Protection and Bestial Vitality, sit on grace, then go inside the arena. Poisonous Mist immediately, then roll to dodge his gravity charge attack. Use only Heavy attacks or Charged Heavy attacks, poison will proc and so will bleed, two bleed procs will carry him to the second phase. Whenever the second phase starts, drink a flask to heal up, cast poisonous mist on him, and drink physick, and then try to block, block works on the initial nuke. If you could indeed block it, then charged heavy attack will break his poise. Critical hit him, then another charged heavy as he's getting up. At that point he'll be close to jumping up, you can hit him with another charged heavy as he's jumping up. Run far away while blocking, you can block damage from the meteor as well. Heal up, then another charged heavy will most likely break his poise again. Congratulations, you have killed the most overpowered boss in the game, without using a shield.

He can be poisoned, rotted, frostbitten and bled. I could rot him with the Antspur Rapier but it wasn't good enough, and I tried Elenora's Poleblade next. Bleed works wonders here, and as you saw, if you are lucky, you will get a broken stance eventually, which will lead to a huge damage burst. Afterwards, I just timed a perfect charged heavy to finish him off. His attacks are too rapid, his arena is way too small, there are camera problems, especially in the second phase. His grab is I'm pretty sure broken, it grabs you from way too far away. I think I killed him between 50 to 100 tries. I tried incantations only, the only good incantations I found was pest threads and black flame.

As soon as I drop down, I drink my physick and cast golden vow, then hold-cast rotten breath, and if I can get the rot on him, then it's great. Roll his attacks, he has many two-attacks, one three-attack, a couple of one-attacks and the boomerang-throw. Whenever I know he finished his attack, I cast black flame on him. Trying to attack while he's galloping around you is pointless. You can also attack right after you dodge the horse and his dive, before the horse charges again. Beginning of the second phase is extremely difficult, but you can roll or jump the flames. The frontal flame attack, you can dodge to the side, and the flame attack where he sends flames upwards and they come behind you, just roll back when you see the flame on the other side about to reach the ground. If you do the rolls perfectly, you theoretically should be able to kill the boss like this. I was trying to kill him with melee weapons but it seems impossible to me that way.

You need to light roll for this fight, otherwise there is zero chance you'll dodge his charge. I added the light roll tear into my physick, and wore the maximum amount of heavy armor so I'd be lightrolling with physick on. I also equipped the dragoncrest greatshield talisman, along with bull-goat's talisman for 101+ poise. I also buffed with golden vow and black flame's protection. You cannot damage him during the initial charge, he's invulnerable, you just roll forward and to the side to dodge the charges. After his charge, I start channeling rotten breath, hoping to put the rot on him, but it would rarely put the rot on him on the first attack. I dodge and cast rotten breath until he's rotten, then I'd use burn, o flame! to damage him. When second phase starts, just get on torrent and run far away, then resume the same pattern until he's dead. This boss might be the most obnoxious bosses I've ever killed.

This achievement is confusing to me. So if I improve ALL categories of MIOs to 11 I get the achievement? I just finished a Sweden game for return of the king achievement. It's late 1939 and I am neutral with approximately 48 divisions. Do you suppose I can just stay neutral thru WW2 and work on them? I cannot find an actual achievement guide for this achievement and at this point I'm just stumbling thru it hoping I get it. Any help wouybe appreciated..
