I mean, i am a distant cdu student, studying from sydney. Seeing how my university is, its a whole different feeling! What a positive vibe u just gave me. I will go there post my graduation one day! This place will give me everything in life. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful tour.
Thank you for creating these videos. It's nice to see some outside perspective and is helping me to narrow my huge list down a lot. Sucks that you had to record this again😂
Good day sir. What’re the scholarship options for international students looking to do masters in public health? Also is accommodation part of the scholarship
Loved the video; how’s it like being in Darwin. Applied for a master’s in IT (Cyber Security) what’s the job scope like after graduation for that program… Thanks
I really love Darwin - it's hot and humid, the outdoors are beautiful and the people are relaxed. It's not for everyone but if it suits you you'll find it hard to leave!
Heyy, I’m actually applying to study my masters in data science at CDU Sydney campus, I’m curious about how strong are they in terms on IT and data science and career opportunities in Australia in that field, Thanks for taking your time to read my comment.
Great field in Australia - HEAPS of work and career opportunities into the future, particularly if you add in some knowledge about cyber security or AI> CDU's main campus is in Darwin. It has smaller campuses elsewhere, including building space in Sydney (not a traditional, large campus). The advantage is that it's likely cheaper than other IT degrees you'll find in Sydney, the disadvantage is that it's not a full campus. Check the Australian Computer Society to make sure the program you want to take is accredited (or is in the process of being accredited) is my main advice.
Thank you so much for the effort in your videos ! These unbiased reviews have been really informative ☺️ Would you consider travelling to Singapore after this whole pandemic ?
This is true. The regional universities (CDU, CSU, CQU, New England, USQ, Fed Uni etc) are almost exclusively less expensive than the others. Cost of living generally lower in regional areas too.
I'm considering to study at CDU. I'm choosing between Humantarian Aid&Development and Public Health. Which one have more bright jobs outcome? Public Health degree is in the Health sector, but it's a big field so I'm not sure is seasy to get a job with that degree. Which would you prefer?
Almost all health jobs are in high demand at the moment, particularly in regional Australia. If you’re prepared to live outside a major city, there is HEAPS of work
Hey, am currently interested studying data science and artificial intelligence in any Australia regional areas Currently on my list are Charles Darwin (Casuarina) , university of southern queensland (toowoomba) and torrens university (adelaide) In terms of job opportunities in these regions what do you think in regards to the course I am planning of studying? And also any suggestions on any other uni would be appreciated.
The economy in the Northern Territory isn't as strong as it was a couple of years ago. Check out my vlog, The Morning Walk called "Do More Of What Works" - I talk about the economy in Darwin in that video. th-cam.com/video/uIwfT900mKc/w-d-xo.html
Social work will be a good program at CDU with lots of real world experience. The uni is closely linked to the community in Darwin and supports social development within the state.
hi, hope my comment isn’t too late.😢 i am planning to do my master degree there. however, i find it hard to find jobs as speech pathologists, both on indeed or seek, in Darwin. could you pls give me some advice about the labor market? is speech pathologist still in demand? many thanks..😊
There are shortages of just about every allied health discipline in Australia. Looks like there are quite a few speech pathology jobs in Darwin atm -www.seek.com.au/speech-pathologist-jobs/in-All-Darwin-NT and it's a tight labour market too, so I can't see that changing anytime soon.
Whats the criteria of person if he / she wants to enroll but age is above 40 and a huge gap from the last degree until now due to personal circumstances however the gap is filled with strong work experience. Will they can able to get enrolled in cdu NT???
Hey according to you what are the best regional universities for a bachelors in computer science for an international student - rankings , campus life and accommodation is what matters the most to me
When you say “regional”, do you mean what the government considers “regional” for post study work rights, or genuinely regional as in “authentic country Australian experience”?

Yes! You should definitely go there - it is such a unique environment in the Top End!
Kia ora!! Love your videos. Australian Government must seriously consider you making brand ambassador for their international higher education.
Wouldn't that be something? ☺
Thank you for creating these videos. It's nice to see some outside perspective and is helping me to narrow my huge list down a lot. Sucks that you had to record this again😂
All good my friend!
I’ll have a new CDU video out in the next few months - I visited there again late last year.
Interesting content, Nodea I could study in Narm, that’s awesome!
Hope it helped!
Well done :) Enjoyed the tour and the hat.
Ha ha, no worries! You’re welcome!
Thanks so much ! Love your content. Lots of love from India ❤️
Thanks Raul. Have a great day.

You can find those on the uni website.
You are doing great work man. Keep it up
Thank you my friend! That means a lot to me!

Hi Rainie- thanks for the comment 🤗
I’ve been to Singapore - great place. So yes, I’ll definitely be heading there again sometime!
You need to come to the US and review our universities here
Yeah, I’d love to do that one day!
I dream of studying at the University of South Australia, but when it comes to international student fees, CDU has the lowest rates nationwide.
This is true. The regional universities (CDU, CSU, CQU, New England, USQ, Fed Uni etc) are almost exclusively less expensive than the others. Cost of living generally lower in regional areas too.
Hospitality Diploma Have in Charles Darwin University or not
And progrom of minimum 2 years
Not sure. Check their website.
I'm watching this video in 2020 because i applied for Charles Darwin University in Darwin
I’ve got an updated video on CDU in production right now! Stay posted.

I'd pick the one you most want to work in.
@@ChoosingYourUni I'm actually interested in both, so now I'm considering the career potential 😅
I'm keen to study a Master of Medical Laboratory Science at CDU but I wonder, are there job opportunities across Australia?
Almost all health jobs are in high demand at the moment, particularly in regional Australia. If you’re prepared to live outside a major city, there is HEAPS of work
@@ChoosingYourUni Thank you so much for your response 🙏🏼
NICE WORK MAN.
Thanks!
Hey, am currently interested studying data science and artificial intelligence in any Australia regional areas

Charles Darwin (Casuarina) , university of southern queensland (toowoomba) and torrens university (adelaide)
In terms of job opportunities in these regions what do you think in regards to the course I am planning of studying?

Excellent choice of degree areas. I’d personally steer towards CDU and USQ. Regional areas have a real lack of people skilled in those areas.
What's about part-time job opportunities in Darwin?
The economy in the Northern Territory isn't as strong as it was a couple of years ago. Check out my vlog, The Morning Walk called "Do More Of What Works" - I talk about the economy in Darwin in that video. th-cam.com/video/uIwfT900mKc/w-d-xo.html
I am planning to pursue MBA in sustainable leadership. How is the scope? Do the city has, jobs related to this field?.
Sustainability is a good program at CDU. Th uni is well connected in that area to both government and businesses 👍
Hows close are the private accommodations and schools, for students who are planning to come with family?
There’s accommodation right on campus. Private rental accommodation is available all over the city too.
@@ChoosingYourUni thanks for your response, appreciated
Welcome!
I finally enrolled in CDU but im still cannot enter in Australia im hopping next year we students stranded can enter in Australia
I hope you can too. It’s a shit situation. The Government hasn’t done enough to help international students to get to Australia to study.
@@ChoosingYourUni thanks atleast i full fill one of my promises
That’s great!
Lol I thought you were gonna say that your epic fail was by letting one rip in the middle of a packed library :)
How did you know? I thought I was discrete 😳
What is it like to work and study in CDU? Are there jobs for students
Darwin is a great city. The uni is relaxed and has a nice community feel to it.
I don’t know about casual and part time work there.
Do they offer scholarships for international students?
Yes.
How can we apply schoolarship?
Details on their website
What is it like studying in CDU? Planning on doing my masters in Social work there. Is it worth it?
Social work will be a good program at CDU with lots of real world experience. The uni is closely linked to the community in Darwin and supports social development within the state.
I do feel like having a walk....

Yes, I think that profile fits CDU well. The uni has a strong profile with mature age students - all the details on their website on how to apply!

My wife is planning to do masters in nursing here. Do you have any thoughts on that? Hope you reply
Good option imo. Lots of opportunities in the top end - unique study experience and great community.
Can you do UOW review?
It’s partially done. I expect to finish it at the end of September.
Hows the quality of Masters of teaching secondary in Charles darwin University?
CDU serves a wide audience. The Northern Territory is certainly a unique study destination!
Great video
Thanks Christina 🙏
Also what are the requirements for an international applicant
Hii Are you interested in CDU?
You'll find it by searching CDU International
What the acceptance rate for international students ??
Not sure. Sorry. Will depend on the degree you’ve selected.
