They're interchangeable terms. An engine is a machine that converts energy into linear or rotational motion. An internal combustion engine is a type of engine, and so is an electric engine, both are also often called motors. Electric engine isn't a commonly used term and it sounds weird to say, but it's not incorrect.

Spray rhino liner on the belly pans that will make them near indestructible. As much as i love the look of the raw metal it will show battle scars and rock chips badly

The flat bottom reminds me of Le Mans a few years back when Mercedes had flat bottoms and all their cars got air and were destroyed coming over some of the hills. Hope there’s enough weight/downforce to prevent that
@@pedromonteiro2644 that and the light weight of the car. From what I understand it ultimately created enough lift to get it airborne. Ferrari saw it and the next year added channels underneath to create suction to keep the car down.
Teslas have their bottom covered as well. Reduces drag. And weight is not an issue since the whole floor is the battery. Same reason the Model X is hard to roll over compared to regular SUVs
@@shoebsaleheen9091 I’m sure those models were designed to employ the flat bottom. The Z was not. Z also does not have a floor of batteries. They are placed in the location of the gas tank and the engine. It’s a different design altogether.

EV conversions is the best of both worlds. Requires modding, and reuses EV components instead of wasting them.
Also the power is a fun aspect. Lol
