I found myself having old thoughts, and situations that I haven't thought about in YEARS, come to my mind as I moved through this particular kriya. The chanting "Ong namo uru dev namo..." brought a deep voice from within me that I hardly recognized... with tears pouring down my face. I love this practice so much. And Yogigems!!

Yes! Let's get rid of all this emotional junk! Please!!💗💗💗 That's a fantastic practice I even felt the energy moving in my belly and feet, usually it's only from rib cage upwards. I love that it's always so entertaining that the time flies by and it's "easy" to get through the challenges and I can move my arms the next day 😉😅. I loved this one - I’ve been practicing for a few years every morning doing the basic morning kryia to loosen up the stiff body and it’s the best thing for me…I’ve also been reading Guru Rattana books and practicing with her videos when I’ve got more time. But I’m so glad I found you as you’ve got a huge library of shorter ( I’m very busy) very intriguing kryias to try out and I love your teaching style! Would you agree that regular consistency is better than doing a longer session now and again? And thank you so much! ❤

I love this practice so much that I've been doing this one in particular for a week straight and will continue because I know intuitively that I have a lot of old unprocessed emotions that need to be released. I don't know if this is because of the practice but a lot of resentment has been coming up this week. SO MUCH RESENTMENT. Towards my husband, towards others, but ultimately, towards myself for not prioritizing my own needs and dreams. Lots to process and journal about. Thank you. Try sitting up on a chair - you don't need to be sitting on the floor, and it is so important to be comfortable so we can really go deep into the experience of the practice. A cooling kriya - I will keep a look out for one to share, but sitali breath - inhale across the straw-rolled tongue, exhale nose - is very helpful for reducing pitta. This is incredible@@yogigems, I have been suffering from intense night sweats for the past 2 months (it has not happened before and it is not menopause) and I did that breath before going to bed last night and this is the first night in a long time I don't sweat and I sleep straight. Thank you so much. I will do it every night. How long do you recommend I do it for? 💜💜💜
