This is where it's at! I watched another video where the guy went on for 10 minutes about how you need to get to end game as QUICK as possible, skip all the cinematics and level up fast, then he said at the end, "remember it's not a race, you should play for fun" like wtf? 😂

So many people tells us “skip story and all cutscenes for best timing” seemingly forgetting that the story is PART of the game. You have to guts to say enjoy all of the game. Consider me onboard!

Guys i recommend you to go slowly in the game because it's not a competition, you are alone in your own world. And make sure not to spend everything too early just in case if it's important in the end game. Have fun!

Thanks for emphasising to have fun. I think thats the best tip i will take out of this vid. Me having picked back up HSR have been grinding non stop on my off time chasing numbers and trying to create the best teams. Will take this game as slow as possible and enjoy my time in the game

Very helpful videos right here! I used to often chase meta in other gachas, but that lead to burnout and honestly a less fun experience. It's good to be aware of what's more efficient and works best, but in the end it's a game that's meant to be fun to play, so I'll just do that! I only hope Yinlin is indeed the 2nd banner so I can take my time, enjoy the story and quests, explore and hopefully hoard as many pulls as I can for her :D
So, what you are saying is that this game could be a massive spreadsheet sink whole of data or you could just play the dang thing as a video game. Love it! Much respect for the linked spreadsheet and I look forward to more videos. 🤩🥰

My game plan for wuthering waves
1. Unlock GACHA system for 2 accounts JUST IN CASE I decide to re roll.(if I do I will not reroll more than 1 time)
2. Unlock all wave points- while doing this collect echos and overworld materials.(ignore chests and puzzles unless the chest simply requires killing enemies. The reason for this is I like to actually set time aside for farming chests and puzzles. If not for echos I wouldn’t even do the chests that require you to just kill enemies. Also I’m not gonna lie, most of the time I wait for a 100% guides for regions just like when I used to play genshin as I simply do not have the time to look through every nook and cranny to find chests however I do want to 100%. Plus I have had my fill and have nothing to prove to myself I don’t mind shortcutting to 100% lol.
3. Do main story until all world bosses are unlocked then stop (assuming after the final world boss is unlocked the main story quest line doesn’t end) - skip side quests for now.
4. Farm the lvl 20 red mobs for the 5 star echos
5. Get union level 30 while farming echos until Pokédex lvl 15
6. Between step 3 & 5 I will try to get my weekly boss fights done.
7. After step 6, finish main story and all side quests.
8. Most likely I will not be finished with step 5 yet so I will now start chest and puzzle farming. (Hopefully a 100% guide will have been dropped by someone by then, if not then I do it the old fashion way until someone does release a video.
The info is great! I want to be as efficient as possible playing 30minutes - 2 hours a day, depending on the day. I´m very competitive in games, but as long as I can have self-control related to time invested I´ll be good. I won´t be rerolling most likely. I´d be happy with virtually anyone, not Encore

during cbt2 i had no problem with tuners only echo xp problem. you need so much exp for echo lvling that you get more tuners while farming for exp and getting more than enought tuners in addition. And we were unable to craft purple tier tuners into gold ones so means we could have even more. And by the end i had my 3 dps geared with full 5* echo sets with propper mainstats. and had a good amount of tuners in bag. If you don't reroll every single echo after 1st bad substat proc you won't have tuner problems. but if you do so you will also have exp problems cause you lose 30% while feeding 1 echo into another

Love your content! I was wondering if you could make a video for low spenders, I would like to at least buy the battle passes through out my time playing this game and maybe one or 2 copies for each character that i like idk how much that would cost but yeah. Keep up the amazing content.

What difficulties does a ftp player is going to encounter if he wants to max a character (talking about dupes or copies)?
How much can a person farm during a limited banner to get the most pulls possible for that limited character?
The same but for low spenders (a player that buys the battles passes and maybe 1 or 2 refreshes a day).
Is the battle pass even worth it? (Referring to resources) and When I played nikke you mostly wanted the battle passes for the cosmetic skin at the end of it.
Also... let's say I want to save for yinlin, as a ftp or low spender should I get just the character (zero copies) and focus on her weapon? On the other hand, two or three copies and a purple low-level weapon?
Does anyone know how much time span a limited character banner has? Is it same as genshin i.e 21 days?
I’m on day 5 rn and was able to work my way up to Union 31 and Data Bank 14. I’ve gotten every echo I just need to farm a couple including some bosses for their 4*
What I love about WuWa is that it will be as f2p friendly as Genshin but with a vastly different combat system, which means I can experience the two games indepedently without feeling the need to compare.

The echo system is still better than genshin's artifacts imho because while substats are unknown, you can farm as many of the main stats as you can carry and that's so valuable. I can go DAYS without a single mainstat, only for the first time I see one to have flat hp and defense as the only substats xD
Is the MC worth building compared to the 5 star from the standard?
Also is this game friendly to casuals? I'm not a "hardcore" gamer so something like animation canceling is usually not my cup of tea, so will this impact my performace/enjoyment of the game? Since I heard this will be a more "skill" focused type of game at least compared to Genshin
Depending on the resonator and echo that would certainly impact your performance but ... like, have fun first. Enjoy the story and worldbuilding and if it actualy impacts ur enjoyment later into the game only u can decide that for yourself then.

I'll just go around to explore the world and combat system the 1st week.
I'll do 2x refresh daily as a BP+Monthly player for the first 3 months. after that, we chillin.

Is wuwa has controller support on release?
Should we save our crystal solvent until a certain level (like in Genshin) or just use it all?
My problem with that right now is, I don't have data on high level waveplate efficiency yet - so I can actually not tell you when it starts being more or less efficient. I can mostly say so far, below union level 30, if not absolutely needed, efficiency sucks compared to UL 30. But cant say for good rn

can you farm for echo in coop ?
question tho only 1 person can farm a world for echos and mobs don't respawn (outside of bosses) so even if you have friends you cant farm their world unless they inactive right?
Mhh, if you kill an enemy in multiplayer both will get drops, so you would need to farm together or they let you in their world and go afk
@@iamrivenous so technically you can farm their entire world and then echos will stay there until reset and they can just grab em? that seems kinda broken to grp then *noted*

@@iamrivenousI heard that in coop each person has different drops like for eg, A and B are farming together and kill a monster, here A might get the echo and B might not or vice versa... I am not sure tho.
@@spearki he meant your friend still have his on his world and you can get yours even if your on coop . so there is no way such stealings can happen on wuwa coop
I havent played too many gatchas but, I really enjoyed taking my time playing genshin when it released. Reciently I dropped the game, because the end game is so repetitive. You can argue Tower of fantasy has more things to do for the end game, but it becomes repetitive too. I dont feel like rushing Wuwa, to end up doing endgame over and over again.

I’m worried it’s worse than Genshin system. Can’t believe there’s no reroll or reset function yet for artifacts
On one hand on a mechanical level I’m really excited for echoes because I think they have the potential to really spice up the gameplay/build loop, but on the other hand the fact that there’s no rerolling (yet) and that we can’t see substats unless we invest resources makes me worried that farming echoes could be a series of dead ends. I’m hoping they either change that part of the system and/or that player skill level can make up for deficiencies in stats

Sadly, I don't care how good the combat is - this whole echo leveling/tuner system is one of the most artificial time extensions I've seen in a game and it turns me off from the playing this game entirely. Thank you for explaining so I know that this game is just not for me.

I'm sure they announced in the same dev note they reduced it to 3. If not in that dev note, some other note... I hope lol. I really hope I didn't mistake that from another game.

@@EinTheVariance I think you have a simple misunderstanding. The only world bosses ingame are the turtle and scar, and even then they do respawn every 5 minutes. The thing is that you cannot CLAIM rewards for them more than once a week, meanwhile all the other bosses(crownless, monke, thundering mephis, etc) will also reset every 5 minutes and you can claim their rewards as much as you like as long as you have stamina.

Going to try it for mechanics and story. Because all characters i see so far are very meh (by looks). Hope thay'll improve character design in the future. When you do not see a single waifu you want in gatcha, only story, mechanics and music can save the day.
