@@youravghuman5231 Not much is copied: The only things I can think of are Gacha currency requirements - 160. A pretty shitty stamina system. Genshin's quality dropping sounds like a pretty bad take. If you're talking about recycling of events, then yup. But the world and the quests themselves are going well actually.

if you plan to be (or are fine with) rerolling, you can pull on the limited banner and hope to fail 50/50, while also getting the standard 5* you want at the same time, then get Yinlin when she comes. Depending on my free time, i might go for Calcharo and Verina, then get Yinlin

My boi IWTL, I've long since quit Genshin maybe around early 2022 but you were definitely one of the CC's I frequently watched for Genshin related content back then. Now that I'm starting my journey in playing WuWa I can't believe you'd be there as well, so may you continue to bamboozle.. This is 100% a genshin clone. The layout is almost exactly the same. The functionality of items like fragile resin and daily max stamina/resin is the same. World level/union level is the same. Menu layouts are strikingly similar. The 2 things that will make this game sink or swim are the story and the gameplay. If the story is rock solid, people will forgive the overtly similar design elements. And if the gameplay is fun af then it’s a solid game. But if the story is boring and the gameplay gets repetitive super fast then it’s gonna die like tower of fantasy. I really do want it to be good. Bc another fun game to play would be nice. And because it might actually push hoyo to improve genshin in some ways. But as of now that’s unlikely.

My boi IWTL, I've long since quit Genshin maybe around early 2022 but you were definitely one of the CC's I frequently watched for Genshin related content back then.
Now that I'm starting my journey in playing WuWa I can't believe you'd be there as well, so may you continue to bamboozle.. I mean guide WuWa players with your future WuWa contents that I'm sure are going to be useful just like before.
This is 100% a genshin clone. The layout is almost exactly the same. The functionality of items like fragile resin and daily max stamina/resin is the same. World level/union level is the same. Menu layouts are strikingly similar.
The 2 things that will make this game sink or swim are the story and the gameplay. If the story is rock solid, people will forgive the overtly similar design elements. And if the gameplay is fun af then it’s a solid game.
But if the story is boring and the gameplay gets repetitive super fast then it’s gonna die like tower of fantasy.
I really do want it to be good. Bc another fun game to play would be nice. And because it might actually push hoyo to improve genshin in some ways. But as of now that’s unlikely.

Guys I would seriously take anything tectone says with a MASSIVE grain of salt. That dude is notorious for trying to stir controversy and finding any excuse to demonize hoyo. Hoyo can’t force creators to not cover a game that’s not how contracts work. You can’t force journalists who don’t work for you to not cover something it’s incredibly illegal. Even if you argue that content creators work for hoyo that would essentially be them forcing them into a non compete clause, which thanks to a recently passed legislation in the states, would also be illegal
Just no winning with ppl like you....they showed proof that the contract was real. Multiple content creators came forward and showed evidence and you still say its false. I hated teccy at first because i had the same thought process as you do right now but that guy is one of the most genuine content creators there is in the facha community as well as MTashed. You want proof? Ask yourself how many big name content creators that cover star rail and genshin is making videos on wuwa? Even when the game is about to drop in 4 days they haven't posted a single video about the game.
Better yet, go on twitch and ask enviosity about the game, i bet my life he ignores you

@@Prodigal450not to burst your bubble and trust me i’m a wuwa fan but big ccs did cover wuwa. during cbt2 a lot of big genshin ccs played wuwa and live streamed it such as zy0x, atsu, ant, and much much more. chances are if you typed a well known genshin cc and wuwa you’ll find a video of them playin cbt2. i cant guarantee them to play it when it releases but i’m just pointing out that you’re wrong on that point
