MAJOR discovery: KokkyGachas found out there are drop pools (a miny pity system) for each echo group. Which means you can manipulate your kills in order to get a 100% drop rate out of a specific enemy. Bosses included. For instance: if you fail to get a 3-cost echo 3 times in a row, the next time you kill a 3-cost echo it will drop the echo guaranteed. It’s a 4 pity system. If you hunt down and kill ONLY that echo, it will drop once every 4 kills. This works miracles if you’re farming specific enemies or trying to level up your data bank by tracking the echoes. A similar thing applies for bosses groups, but in a 2 pity system. Example: if you alternate between killing Bell Borne and Dreamless (they must be from the same boss class, like these two are “Calamity Class”) you will ALWAYS get an echo from the same boss.
I feel like it is a bug lol because i killed the boss for like 100 times and i got 50 echoes. It keep drop-no-drop-no with no drop rate lol. If you killed the boss 2 times, 1 time it will not drop and 1 time it will drop and that mechanic is also very broken and make the enhanced drop rate useless
@@Bronan2920 now that i think about it i was farming the dreamless and got one every other time its atleast nice to know they’re considerate for their players
I'd love for that roguelike event to be permanent. Also noticed that there are breakable rock on some stages, which you could find either Metaphor Cat or dream fragments.
Regarding Havoc Rover, they pair extremely well with Jianxin because the Damage Scaling on the Resonance Liberation is insanely high for Havoc Rover (978.29% at Lvl 4). The 38% Resonance Liberation Buff from Jianxin amplifies the damage even further. I hit a nearly 65K Crit on a boss earlier with my partially built Havoc Rover (have roughly the appropriate pieces up to Lvl 20 and got decent enough substats for now). Swapping from Jianxin to Havoc Rover for the buff, using the Ult and then using Dreamless basically incinerates bosses. Edit - For the people doubting my claim of 65K Crit... ATK Stat = 1406 ATK + 15% ATK Rejuvenating Glow 5-Set Bonus + 12% ATK Emerald of Genesis Ability (2 Stacks) + 40% ATK Morri Pot = 2535 ATK Havoc DMG Bonus = 25.2% (Lvl 20 Echo) + 1.8% (Stat Unlock) + 10% (Havoc Eclipse 2-Set) + 30% (Havoc Eclipse 5-Set - 4 Stacks) + 20% (Dark Surge Bonus with Ability Unlock) = 87% Havoc DMG Bonus All Damage Deepen = 15% (Verina Outro) Resonance Liberation Deepen = 38% (Jianxin Outro) Crit DMG = 181.2% 2535 ATK * 978.29% (Lvl 4 Ult) * 187% (Havoc DMG) * 115% (All DMG Deepen) * 138% (Resonance Liberation Deepen) * 181.2% (Crit DMG) = 133,359 * [48-50]% (Enemy Defense Modifier) = [64,012 - 66,680] DMG It was absolutely me maximizing my potential damage via Food and other buff stacking, but I DID hit that hard.
been running those 2 with Mortefi, and it's great. mortefi even lets Jianxin do more damage while I'm charging a shield before switching to Havor rover for her nuke. don't forget to pop her forte before using her reslib and dreamless, with her S2 she gets an additional havoc damage bonus during it. it makes farming bosses so fast now.
JIanxin and Mortefi are S-tier support/utiity/sub-dps resonators. Very good a Calcharo, Jiyan, or a Rover-Havoc team. But as of now the Havoc-Rover team as the most burst DPS available that is good for bossing. Mainly because of the synergy with Jianxin/Mortefi + using the Dreamless echo cheese mechanic (the swap cancel). Basically spamming double cast of Dreamless echo with another resonater preferably another Havoc res like Taoqi or Danjin, but other res works fine.
@@10nessee Yeah... I did... 2536 Attack (1406 ATK + 15% from Rejuvenating Glow set on Verina + 40% Morri Pot + 12% ATK from Emerald of Genesis sword [Resonance Skill prior to Dark Surge, then Dark Surge resets the cooldown to allow you to do it a second time]) * 978.29% = 24,809 Base DMG + 15% Verina All DMG Deepen + 87% Havoc DMG Bonus (25.2% from a lvl 20 Echo + 1.8% from one of the unlockable Stat Bonuses + 10% from Havoc 2-Set bonus + 30% from 4 Stacks of Havoc 5-Set bonus + 20% from Dark Surge) + 38% Jianxin Resonance Liberation DMG Bonus = 73,627 Expected DMG. +181.2% Crit DMG = 133,412 Expected Crit DMG. With the Enemy Defense Modifier, you do around 48-50% of Expected DMG, so 64,038 DMG - 66,706 DMG based on the specific Defense Modifier of the enemy, assuming no elemental resistance. Edit - Finally figured out the full damage formula and traced back all the bonuses I had active when I got the ~65K hit, so updated. Reposted this without the link to a screenshot of my stats since it got auto-moderated I think.
also crazy thing about echos, unlike your typical game where equipment cant have a substat that is the same as the main stat, echos can. if you have a echo with crit rate main stat you can get a substat that is crit rate as well. my purple echo that has crit dmg had a 15% crit dmg substat and that can make for some rediculous builds
Yeah I noticed this too. If got one that is HP/DEF main stat, the substats also will be from the same category by either a flat value or a percentage value. So that's a welcomed one as well since you can make different sets for different builds for team flexibility.
How to beat illusion realm difficulty 5 1. Use baizhi (lvl 1 is fine if you can dodge ig) 2. always get turtle echo 3. always get verina 4. just upgrade resonance skills first to basic attack last 5. spam left click and e and dont use charged attacks 6. yes
Loved how you actively showed that you were giving serious advice by showing on screen the thing you were telling us to do and going through with it. Great video!
The problem with the loot mapper is that there are chests that only appear after you do certain puzzles or hidden beneath rocks, and they dont show chests that are rewards for time trials. And as of now the interactive map is a bit scuffed -- but it works And to anyone having trouble with the Dream Labyrinth Event thing, make sure to go through each stage thoroughly because often times there are rocks that hide the NPC that give you extra Metaphors(power ups) or just currency
Another tips for Tower of Adversity : Once you done the floor, claim the rewards first and then reset that floor but you dont need to complete it again because they’re already completed. The reason why you need to reset them is because of the vigor, they will refunded to you so you dont actually needed to switch character everytime, you can use 1 team and just do the reset thing to restored the vigor so you can use the character again in other floor. I’m pretty sure this is bug but take advantage of that.
different floors dont overlap at all, youre meant to finish the first floor, build another team and then fight the next, and then make one more team and finish it.
Resetting a stage also resets the Doritos you earned from that stage. You need a certain amount of Doritos to claim rewards. Resetting is only useful if you need to reuse a team from a lower stage but don't have any vigor left for them. Floors don't have overlapping vigor cost, which is true, but the second floor has two towers which are split into 4 stages respectively (8 stages in total). You'll need two teams to clear it completely. Clearing 4 stages with the same characters spends all of their 10 Vigor, hence why they can't be used for the second tower. For example, let's say your main team consists of Calcharo, Sanhua, and Verina, and you used them to clear the first few stages. Your other characters are not leveled up. You use your main team until they have no vigor left. Over time, you level up your other characters to create a second, weaker team. You can now reset the first few stages where you used your main team to get their vigor back and redo those stages with your weaker team. This allows you to save your main team for the later stages.
@@unblemished_ ohhhh but why when i reset the floor and then go for second floor, i still get the rewards! And when i reset the second floor and go to third floor i also still get the rewards. So what’s the point? Is it just me or bug.
This is one of the most useful WuWa videos on TH-cam. Thanks, friend! And yes, havoc Rover is broken. It's so nice to have a main character actually being strong. Thank god I leveled my Rover since I only got Jiyan with 80 pulls 😅
I got Jiyan with 7 pulls, so i built him from the start. I'll definitelly build Rover now, since i didnt get Calcharo nor Jinxian. My team is the meta Jiyan, Mortife and Verina. Say whatever you want but...Jiyan is so casual to play, perfect for me. I'm very fortunate for getting him so early without being p2w. But dont feel bad, all the luck i got for pulling him, i'm not having anymore trying to pull his weapon. I'll eventually get it with 80 pulls (hopefully).
Good vid. Just wanna warn caution to those who are like me. You don't have to max everything right away. You won't regret taking your time to enjoy the game but you can regret rushing everything. In other words play the game how you want to. Best wishes to those trying to 100% everything but remember the content will run out eventually so no harm trying to enjoy it.
Thank you for these videos, man! Your style and explanations are absolutely top tier. I’m not “new”, but having you explain the basics and connecting them to later game is immensely helpful!
It's funny to watch your videos because I literally have the same progression as you, the only difference is that I invested in Havoc MC and Danjin before Calcharo. Otherwise, I feel like we pretty much have the same account it's nice to have you as a landmark x)
I always use the solvent thingy (different names different gachas) only when I get a new character and straight up build 'em from zero to hero, then enjoy the character real quick
Thank you for a great guide! I love this game, and I'm having so much fun with it! I also agree with the solvents, I want to level up and get strong characters asap! I won't use them all but I might use some.
Absolutely agree on the 5 star weapon. No 50/50 and you can always move it to another character if you get a new one/they fall off the meta. If my jiyan falls off it can go to calcharo or a new broadblade user and boost the new character from go
i wanna quickly touch up on one of the first points regarding the crystal solvant: this isn't genshin. there's no insane artifact grind late game. you don't need to save a hundred crystal solvent in order to optimize your farming, we farm echoes for free for as long as we want. the ONLY thing you use this energy for is stuff like bosses and forgery domains for weapons etc. So there really is no downside to using them right away, as there's nothing else that you're gonna use them for anyway
I will write it more for myself here cos I am curious of the math. ppl hoard the solvent for two reasons - waveplates bring more rewards on higher UL - immediately after raising UL you can have a boost in WP so you can go ascend your characters as soon as possible, the math is for example at 30 UL boss drops 2 upgrade mats. at 40 UL he will drop 2 or 3 on avg 2.5 mats. so you are in fact gaining 25% virtual WP. if you hoard for example 20 solvents the effect is as if you have 5 more. at lower level if you spend 20 WP it equals 20x450 - 9 k UL exp. HOWEVER.. spending them means that you will be able to raise UL faster by amount of 4.5 days. cos 1 day of dailies nets 2 000 UL exp. so in fact if you rasie your level faster you will get the increased bonus faster. 4.5 day x 240 WP = 1080 WP you get approximately 25% bonus so it is 270 WP. thats 3.5 solvents worth of extra. so the math says that if you hoard the solvent you will gain the mighty bonus of 1.5 solvents or 90 waveplates.... XDD if you hoard them to max UL the bonus will be substantially more but still probably 2-3 days worth of WP. conclusion... spend it especially if you helps you get extra rewards in asterite in tower of Adv as soon as you hit higher levels however the best idea is to hoard them so if you get a new character you can raise him immediately
we can farm them as much as we want to, yes, but how they solved it to restrict it in a way (actually quite smart, a compromise) is the substats, the tuners, those can only be farmed with WP after you collected all of it from the finite sources
This is such a good video, I had to subscribe. I'm f2p and have a ton of playing time, and i feel like my account is really strong because i was doing most of these things and it could be even stronger had I been doing some of the others
I’m glad I’m not the only one who thinks investing in the weapon banner is better than the standard banner. I have all the five stars that I would need from the standard banner so I literally just focus a specific weapon on the weapon selector and farm. The five star weapons are just a lot better than the four stars we currently have.
Something to consider - Tacet field and fusion results are actually based on your data bank level so while you can use fusion to level your data bank, it is actually ideal to wait till its maxed out at lvl 20 as you will have a much higher chance of getting 5 star echoes.
Def helped put some things into perspective. I was disappointed with my 4-star dupes, but was also really wanting to hold onto my currency for.....something??? Helped me decide to spend it and now I have Danjin S1 and S4 Mort and S6 Chixia(yeah yeah she not great, but I'll take it).
It's kind of a small UI thing but you can actually click and hold echoes in the menu and drag and drop them into whatever slot you want on a resonator. Saves you a couple extra presses.
Saw a video from Jirieru about echo farming that would apply, you can still get 5 star echos on lower world levels (Sol 3, at least from his account) which essentially just means you’re farming echos and boss echos much faster than if you were on a higher world level
I think the most important tip is just enjoy the view in game and take thing slowly. We have no idea how long it take to the next big update rushing game content will left you with a dead game with daily grind.I
One note about the Dreamless echo, it might seem overpowered right now but thats only because Union 30-40 are balanced weird. Echo abilities are at maximum potential (golden Echoes), but character damage is low because talents are stuck at 4/10. Echo abilities are balanced around being usable at max world level. Once we get there, theyll seem a lot less overtuned.
Best tip i can give is LvLing Priority UR + 30 you should aim DPS LVL 60 Support 50 (Ascended But not leveled) Healer 40 (Ascended But not leveled) _____________ You can easily clear most of the content with this set up and its saves you a good amount recourses and you can start building other teams sooner! level your echoes at your own leisure but i Maxed all my DPS's to 25 and Support/Healer's are at lvl 10/15
Theres an interesting mechanic with the Mephis bosses that work with the guarantee second drop, i believe they're coded as the same boss so if you want to farm tempest mephis, go kill thundering, teleport to and kill tempest, and the tempest boss will be a 100% drop rate, and vice versa
i believe as of rn the most famous swap cancel is using the crownless weekly boss transform then swapping to another character to use it again then swap back to the first
Actually a pretty good video! Very useful ngl. I just got Mortefi S6 trying to get Danjin lol. At least i got Danjin S2 but damn that Mortefi wouldnt stop coming home. I dont complain tho, getting good supports is key.
You should talk about the hard pity on echos, which makes it a WHOLE lot easier to farm them. Like, for each time u kill an overlord class boss and you don't get the echo the next time you kill another overlord class boss you are guaranteed to get the echo of said boss. (The rarity % still applies tho). This applies even to lower and upper class echoes as long as your farm between the same class of echoes. (1 overlord, then 1 overlord / 1 calamity, then 1 calamity). Just in an hour I got about 16 crownless, from which 6 were of yellow rarity (Building Danjin lol) and bunch of other echoes. The channel KokkyGachas made a video about it and oh my, it is rlly good to have guaranteed echoes of an specific boss.
Another thing with the Dreamless echo is that the MC buffs it's damage after casting their ult, iWinToLose mentioned this, but I think it has been confirmed that the buff is for ALL Dreamless on the team, so if you equip it on Danjin and maybe Taoqi, you can spam the three dreamless with 50% damage boost.
You will get union exp from dailies and future quests which will be useless for account progression when you reach max world level. On the other hand, crystal solvents are at their best at max world level. So if you're trying to be optimal, you SHOULD be saving all your crystal solvents until SOL3 Phase 7. That being said, you should enjoy playing the game. If you want to progress faster at the expense of less total resources long term, then don't stress too much about it and just use the solvents. Save until you lose patience.
Or I spend 5 days worth of waveplates in solvent to get to the higher rank 5 days before you That means while you still farming fodder, I'm getting end game(at least current version of it) pieces for my characters for 5 days If you cant clear "abyss" full stars. but me spending a extra stamina does, that just means I get more items from the shop such echo exp which will require the other person to spend stamina to get and premium currency dont forget the gacha fuel Someone will have to do the maths to which one is more efficient but getting resources earlier makes the game more fun to play
Here’s one I didn’t know: I was a bit upset there was no double jump, but if you ‘jump’ then ‘dash’ mid air, it will do a double jump. So do that & the hook & u can save urself from falling.
There's extension to double jumps that basically make it a quadra jump. Jump, plunge, immediately cancel the plunge by dashing, plunge again, and immediately cancel it again using grapple. That'll greatly extend your jump. Oh and if you have jiyan, you can do his E ability after using grapple so you can extend your jump even further (although vertically)
you know what's cool, the limited weapon pulls are seperate and you can buy 6 on the shop this can add up and you will be able to pull a 5 star weapon without spending asterite
Fun fact, using a skinned echo plus an echo with no skin will actually be Considered as two different echo, so we easily do 4-4-1-1-1, cdmg and cr.. So it's not rlly "useless"
tbh, i would recommend saving all your low echos until you reach databank level 19 or 20, you need to reach AR 40 for that tho, but if you reached that you have an 80% chance on 5*, but you can for sure do some at first to get some gold entrys but i wouldnt recommend to always use your stuff before you rech level 19 or 20
Getting the phantoms is actually quite good considering the phantom version can be used along side the normal version of the echo and still gain the set effect
1. the red red monster give purple purple pokemon 2. rainbow smoke monster give you echo. 3. try to learn to parry to save time. 4. all monster have attack pattern try to read them.
Another thing with echoes for anyone that hasn't noticed. if you're just running around the world and don't really plan to be killing mobs for echoes be sure to at least look at the mobs as you pass them by, I've noticed that some TD's will have this odd misty aura on them and after it caught my eye I decided to test out whether anything was special about those enemies. what I found was it's either a guaranteed or really high chance for that misty enemy to drop an echo. to clear up any confusion before anyone asks: No, I am not talking about the red mist or shiny mobs. It's a subtle cloud looking effect on/above the enemy.
Some days ago you said "Don't stress to level up, just enjoy the game", I liked that. And now look at what you've become :"I level up as fast as I can, do this, do that to make progress sooner than later". Sir, you are giving me anxiety and at this rate you will get tired of the game bc soon there's not much left for you to do. So just enjoy the game ya'll, you will get there.
@4:20 this, started yesterday, not caring that much of losing few days, now went through chapter 6 and have been using these to get some bosses through to get some first talents and such up as I wasted the plates earlier today when I didn't realize I get so hooked and could get so far off in a day, as lot of the stuff was union level locked. Companion quests give good xp, didn't like the Lingyang one but 30k xp is huge. Still, it's just starting bois, it seems good for me at least and let's see how it goes, feels good to explore again. (I have genshin map on 100% so I need something direly)
What you're saying about using stamina refills would be true if all sources of unity exp scaled with level. But there's things like quests and (I think) exploration that gives you unity exp that doesn't scale with level. Saving your stamina refills until you've used up all those sources will benefit you. It probably won't make a massive difference, but it's something.
Completely agree! Don't spend the crystal solvents to raise union exp until you've finished all the quests. If you're not in a rush, you can also just wait until the daily quests level you up (you get a lot of experience from them)
Echos have a pity system, and I'm not talking about the 15/15 a week thing. calamity and overlord echos are 2 pity, so every other time you kill a calamity and overlord it's going to drop an echo, just be aware they don't share that pity. elites have a 4 pity. this means you can target echos from specific monsters. basically, you farm 3 elites other than the one you want, if you don't get a echo, got kill the monster you want, and that next kill will drop an echo.
something that you forgot to mention about Dreamless is that if you use the Havoc Rover's ult before using it, it gets an even bigger damage boost and you can swap cancel it
There seems to be a pity system for echos, where not getting a certain class of echo for a certain amount of mob/boss kills will guarantee an echo on the next drop: -For world bosses (memphis, etc.), not getting an echo 1 time when defeating any world boss will guarantee an echo for the next world boss (again, any world boss) you defeat. This is the same system for calamity bosses as well (dreamless, bell-borne) - essentially, a hard pity of 2 - for 3 cost mobs, not getting an an echo 3 times from any 3 cost mob will guarantee the next 3 cost to drop an echo - essentially, a hard pity of 4 you can pretty much target farms echos by first killing a buffer boss/mob, and when that buffer doesn't drop an echo and contributes to the pity, you can proceed to kill your target boss/mob and pretty much guarantee an echo drop every time. there is explained in more depth in a video by kokkygachas that he posted earlier today- you can check out his tests there.
Weapon base atk also depends on what kind of weapon it is, not just 5* or 4*. The ER weapons have less base atk than other offensive options, just like how Fav or Sac weapons have different base atk in Genshin
yeah the double bosses build the easiest set to build in the game you might not know but both thunder bosses is lock on thunder set(shocking I know) and also Crownless+Dreamless on havoc set (another possible double bosses set) this build WILL lower the time you need to farm echo for right main stat AND right set by 3 times minimum because of one reason alone *there’s no need to farm element dmg+element set echo* which is by far *the hardest to find in the game* (not to mention if substat is bad…you can say goodbye to that piece quite easily) because you use 2 bosses other 3 echo need to be 1 cost to get set bonus + 1 cost only has 3 main stat randomize = easier to get right main stat. (1 cost is easier to farm than 3 cost 3 times minimum as well because there’s PLENTY of 1 cost per TD group while 3 cost only spawn 1 per group.) btw the set itself give you 40% element dmg so the multipler is there no need to worry. you can also do the 2 bosses build with ER set because bell turtle boss can be drop as ER or healing set while 3 head hydra will always be ER set but the chance of getting ER main stat on 3 cost ER set should be higher cuz player will mostly want to spend stamina on ER/Havoc set Tacit field.(like myself who got 2 havoc dmg+set 3 cost wolf on that field) but really though…they should drop more tuner per cost idk if it’s because I’m only at world 4-5 union level 31 while the field said the highest tier is world 9…maybe the higher world the more tuner we get
EDIT: WATCH OUT! The 5* echo in the illusive realm ( among other similar rewards) is a PHANTOM... aka: a skin for the correspondent echo, not an echo at all. That's why is nowhere in the inventories. So you select any impermanent heron you have, you click on the moster icon on the corner of the page and the echo becomes " shiny". If is a low tier echo, it STAYS low tier, is just prittier. What a scam, don't waste those resources. Similar phantoms can be unlocked as rewards for the Tower and Hologram fights, just save those hard earned points for something more valuable.
This video is very helpful, BUT, my guy, you are legit one the most unrelatable f2p players with an insane saving issue, spending pull after pull and being lucky af every time, getting, what, 3 5 stars in the amount of pulls some people need to get just one, getting essentially the E5 of Mortefi, the probably best support 4 star atm, and you wanna tell me i should think about aiming for some 4 star character copies in a banner of a unit i don't want? Bro, i did 20 pulls on there to maybe get Danjin, who i dearly want at least 1 copy of very soon, but got fucked over by one Mortefi and Chixia and needed all of my 40 pulls at the beginning banner to get a damn Lingyang at the end. Ain't no way i'm gonna do stuff like that at this point of time. It's also still 1.0, the wavebands might be nice but are by no means necassary. I also can't imagine Jiyan being so good for a long time, that it's worth it to get him atm with characters like Danjin, Calcharo or Encore existing, who you can technically get "for free". You don't need to worry about stuff like that with this absolutly absurd luck, which is fine to have, but others are glad they are getting a fucking bone to chew on instead of a giant steak. Recommending this feels so incredibly wrong to me and getting multiple 4 star copies of maybe a great support is not a good enough argument
I feel you... Got the same "luck" On the beginner banner, I had to go to the last wish to get that shitty Lyngyang too (not that he is that bad, but I hate his gameplay and the character in itself) And Only got 1 Toaqi and 1 Chixia too, at least I got 4 different 4 star weapon that can maybe boost my characters.
@@TOMORROWSFRIDAY Makes me more depressed than anything else tbh xD Luck is a weird thing, cause your experience can be completly different from mine. I got Chixia C4 already without spending anything yet. But it's all good, got Danjin thankfully through the 5 star choice banner once and that's all i need for now. I do appreciate the effort tho and i hope i'll get a few more random copies
@@MikojinToyunda Wouldn't complain about a few more weapons instead of character copies atm. But yeah, Lingyang feels awful to play to me as well. Maybe he is good, but in this game the feel of the character is much more important than anything else
Saving thise waveplate recharge things would actually worth if it has the same artifact system as genshin where u can dump a lot of energy in one domain to get that specific artifact. But this game u can farm echoes infinitely so it really doesnt matter to save them and their value goes down imo. Maybe if u can farm those tuners with waveplate that would change things up, but generally its not a big deal imo.
If you prefer horizontal progression then getting the summons is better. but vertical progression is more key in a game like this that requires huge damage and skill to clear the hardest bosses. A Limited waveband for 34 summons is insane.
1 more I found not sure yet if it's guaranteed or it's something obvious I missed an explanation for but when you beat an overlord class enemy,if it drops an echo u get 1 boss material and if it dosnt you get 2 so if you're farming for materials only get loot if it didn't drop an echo, again not confirmed but it's worked for my last 10 runs so imma keep using it

@@Bronan2920 now that i think about it i was farming the dreamless and got one every other time its atleast nice to know they’re considerate for their players
genshin could never let us inf farm a good relic set and basically make using resin to get peices optional
Wait what someone explain in noob terms
I'd love for that roguelike event to be permanent.
Also noticed that there are breakable rock on some stages, which you could find either Metaphor Cat or dream fragments.
Something fun...watch echoes fighting each other and wait to absorb the m. Thanks for sharing your tips!!
ATK Stat = 1406 ATK + 15% ATK Rejuvenating Glow 5-Set Bonus + 12% ATK Emerald of Genesis Ability (2 Stacks) + 40% ATK Morri Pot = 2535 ATK
Havoc DMG Bonus = 25.2% (Lvl 20 Echo) + 1.8% (Stat Unlock) + 10% (Havoc Eclipse 2-Set) + 30% (Havoc Eclipse 5-Set - 4 Stacks) + 20% (Dark Surge Bonus with Ability Unlock) = 87% Havoc DMG Bonus
All Damage Deepen = 15% (Verina Outro)
Resonance Liberation Deepen = 38% (Jianxin Outro)
Crit DMG = 181.2%
2535 ATK * 978.29% (Lvl 4 Ult) * 187% (Havoc DMG) * 115% (All DMG Deepen) * 138% (Resonance Liberation Deepen) * 181.2% (Crit DMG) = 133,359 * [48-50]% (Enemy Defense Modifier) = [64,012 - 66,680] DMG
It was absolutely me maximizing my potential damage via Food and other buff stacking, but I DID hit that hard.
been running those 2 with Mortefi, and it's great. mortefi even lets Jianxin do more damage while I'm charging a shield before switching to Havor rover for her nuke. don't forget to pop her forte before using her reslib and dreamless, with her S2 she gets an additional havoc damage bonus during it. it makes farming bosses so fast now.
Man havoc rover is doing more damage then my jiyan and calcharo.
bro did not hit 65k lol
Its really cool that that is a thing! I’m waiting to see the worlds first 5 crit rate substat echo 😂
@@WishMish15 substats cant overlap, mainstat and substat can overlap
I already got one with 3 crit stats. Unfortunately it's blue rarity.
Yeah I noticed this too. If got one that is HP/DEF main stat, the substats also will be from the same category by either a flat value or a percentage value. So that's a welcomed one as well since you can make different sets for different builds for team flexibility.

And as of now the interactive map is a bit scuffed -- but it works
And to anyone having trouble with the Dream Labyrinth Event thing, make sure to go through each stage thoroughly because often times there are rocks that hide the NPC that give you extra Metaphors(power ups) or just currency
Yeah like I accidentally fell in that event and there were enemies at the bottom, I defeated them and scar gave me another metaphor.
@@uonlygit1life876 I dont get it what you’re saying.
@@yayu414 neither do I tbh
Thank you for a great guide! I love this game, and I'm having so much fun with it! I also agree with the solvents, I want to level up and get strong characters asap! I won't use them all but I might use some.
You're in your pocket. Absolutely loving your Wuwa content man!
bruh. clicking on the compass to check for exploration stuff... ace! thanks for that.
Absolutely agree on the 5 star weapon. No 50/50 and you can always move it to another character if you get a new one/they fall off the meta.
If my jiyan falls off it can go to calcharo or a new broadblade user and boost the new character from go
The thundering and Tempest memphis is such a good tip! Literally been farming soo much for a good electro% echo for Calcharo HAHA
i wanna quickly touch up on one of the first points regarding the crystal solvant: this isn't genshin. there's no insane artifact grind late game. you don't need to save a hundred crystal solvent in order to optimize your farming, we farm echoes for free for as long as we want. the ONLY thing you use this energy for is stuff like bosses and forgery domains for weapons etc. So there really is no downside to using them right away, as there's nothing else that you're gonna use them for anyway
I will write it more for myself here cos I am curious of the math.
ppl hoard the solvent for two reasons
- waveplates bring more rewards on higher UL
- immediately after raising UL you can have a boost in WP so you can go ascend your characters as soon as possible,
the math is for example at 30 UL boss drops 2 upgrade mats. at 40 UL he will drop 2 or 3 on avg 2.5 mats. so you are in fact gaining 25% virtual WP.
if you hoard for example 20 solvents the effect is as if you have 5 more.
at lower level if you spend 20 WP it equals 20x450 - 9 k UL exp.
HOWEVER.. spending them means that you will be able to raise UL faster by amount of 4.5 days. cos 1 day of dailies nets 2 000 UL exp. so in fact if you rasie your level faster you will get the increased bonus faster.
XDD if you hoard them to max UL the bonus will be substantially more but still probably 2-3 days worth of WP.
conclusion... spend it especially if you helps you get extra rewards in asterite in tower of Adv
as soon as you hit higher levels however the best idea is to hoard them so if you get a new character you can raise him immediately
we can farm them as much as we want to, yes, but how they solved it to restrict it in a way (actually quite smart, a compromise) is the substats, the tuners, those can only be farmed with WP after you collected all of it from the finite sources
I started 5 days ago, i should ve known all of this useful tips beforehand

Tempest and Thundering echoes sound really good for Calcharo + Yinlin
Tempest is faster thundering is more dmg pick which you prefer
Flautist is an extremely underrated main echo to use on Calcharo. Almost no one is talking about it.
@@adambryant4149sadly it can't be swap cancelled like it used to be able to in CBT2

So keep my echos until I'm lvl 20?
@@somethinq2825 if you can wait it out then yes as you will end up with more 5 stars
Levels 19 and 20 both offer 80% gold drop rate, so you don't have to get all the way to max. But it is definitely better to wait until then
Def helped put some things into perspective.
Saw a video from Jirieru about echo farming that would apply, you can still get 5 star echos on lower world levels (Sol 3, at least from his account) which essentially just means you’re farming echos and boss echos much faster than if you were on a higher world level
the animation cancels will definitely be helpful, thanks for the advice!
Is it animation cancels or animation continues, because the characters continue with the attacks and not cancel them
Ohhh...I didn't know about the % tracker by clicking the compass @7:20
Thanks for the big tip!

Theres an interesting mechanic with the Mephis bosses that work with the guarantee second drop, i believe they're coded as the same boss so if you want to farm tempest mephis, go kill thundering, teleport to and kill tempest, and the tempest boss will be a 100% drop rate, and vice versa
There are foods that we can cook which can increase crit rate of all party members for 8%, 22% and 28% which lasts for 30 minutes.
i believe as of rn the most famous swap cancel is using the crownless weekly boss transform then swapping to another character to use it again then swap back to the first

THIS CHANGES EVERYTHING!!
Or I spend 5 days worth of waveplates in solvent to get to the higher rank 5 days before you
That means while you still farming fodder, I'm getting end game(at least current version of it) pieces for my characters for 5 days
If you cant clear "abyss" full stars. but me spending a extra stamina does, that just means I get more items from the shop such echo exp which will require the other person to spend stamina to get
and premium currency dont forget the gacha fuel
Someone will have to do the maths to which one is more efficient but getting resources earlier makes the game more fun to play
Thx brother, great tips! Appreciate you saving me time and energy 👍🏽
Jump slam dash slam hook -> x4 jump :D
@@berloga03 *only with sword users
you know what's cool, the limited weapon pulls are seperate and you can buy 6 on the shop this can add up and you will be able to pull a 5 star weapon without spending asterite
Fun fact, using a skinned echo plus an echo with no skin will actually be Considered as two different echo, so we easily do 4-4-1-1-1, cdmg and cr.. So it's not rlly "useless"

Dreamless echo is nice for breaking ore, as well as those target shooting challenges.
A lot of information to take in and im still early game so ill probably focus on brute forcing my data bank level first
If you use the flautist as your main echo for calcharo, you can do the beam attack then swap cancel to another character while it channels
tbh, i would recommend saving all your low echos until you reach databank level 19 or 20, you need to reach AR 40 for that tho, but if you reached that you have an 80% chance on 5*, but you can for sure do some at first to get some gold entrys but i wouldnt recommend to always use your stuff before you rech level 19 or 20
Getting the phantoms is actually quite good considering the phantom version can be used along side the normal version of the echo and still gain the set effect

13:10 that's actually true, by buying dupes you just gonna have one man progression but buying pulls would benefit the whole roster
It's a guaranteed drop, so worth going out of your way to get
Some days ago you said "Don't stress to level up, just enjoy the game", I liked that. And now look at what you've become :"I level up as fast as I can, do this, do that to make progress sooner than later". Sir, you are giving me anxiety and at this rate you will get tired of the game bc soon there's not much left for you to do. So just enjoy the game ya'll, you will get there.
It's obvious he's gonna put out a "Why I'm burnt out on WuWa.."
If you're not in a rush, you can also just wait until the daily quests level you up (you get a lot of experience from them)
damn that violet bird in the end almost perfect calcero 3cost
+1 for exploration compass, that's neat
Thank you this is immensely helpful!👌
Echos have a pity system, and I'm not talking about the 15/15 a week thing.
calamity and overlord echos are 2 pity, so every other time you kill a calamity and overlord it's going to drop an echo, just be aware they don't share that pity. elites have a 4 pity. this means you can target echos from specific monsters. basically, you farm 3 elites other than the one you want, if you don't get a echo, got kill the monster you want, and that next kill will drop an echo.
something that you forgot to mention about Dreamless is that if you use the Havoc Rover's ult before using it, it gets an even bigger damage boost and you can swap cancel it
Inspired me to gamble. Did 20 pulls on jiyan banner. Got jianxing in the first multi, jiyan dupe in the second multi
Souvenir shop vendor is legit the most adorable looking NPC in the game
Great vid that gave me a few things to think about!
There seems to be a pity system for echos, where not getting a certain class of echo for a certain amount of mob/boss kills will guarantee an echo on the next drop:
-For world bosses (memphis, etc.), not getting an echo 1 time when defeating any world boss will guarantee an echo for the next world boss (again, any world boss) you defeat. This is the same system for calamity bosses as well (dreamless, bell-borne)
- essentially, a hard pity of 2
- for 3 cost mobs, not getting an an echo 3 times from any 3 cost mob will guarantee the next 3 cost to drop an echo
- essentially, a hard pity of 4
you can pretty much target farms echos by first killing a buffer boss/mob, and when that buffer doesn't drop an echo and contributes to the pity, you can proceed to kill your target boss/mob and pretty much guarantee an echo drop every time.
there is explained in more depth in a video by kokkygachas that he posted earlier today- you can check out his tests there.
Weapon base atk also depends on what kind of weapon it is, not just 5* or 4*. The ER weapons have less base atk than other offensive options, just like how Fav or Sac weapons have different base atk in Genshin
Ook im convinced its basically tell me to be dont be a horder and get your ass working don't hord resources but planned ahead as you spend resources
yeah the double bosses build the easiest set to build in the game
you might not know but both thunder bosses is lock on thunder set(shocking I know) and also Crownless+Dreamless on havoc set (another possible double bosses set)
this build WILL lower the time you need to farm echo for right main stat AND right set by 3 times minimum because of one reason alone *there’s no need to farm element dmg+element set echo* which is by far *the hardest to find in the game*
(not to mention if substat is bad…you can say goodbye to that piece quite easily)
because you use 2 bosses other 3 echo need to be 1 cost to get set bonus + 1 cost only has 3 main stat randomize = easier to get right main stat.
(1 cost is easier to farm than 3 cost 3 times minimum as well because there’s PLENTY of 1 cost per TD group while 3 cost only spawn 1 per group.)
btw the set itself give you 40% element dmg so the multipler is there no need to worry.
you can also do the 2 bosses build with ER set because bell turtle boss can be drop as ER or healing set while 3 head hydra will always be ER set but the chance of getting ER main stat on 3 cost ER set should be higher cuz player will mostly want to spend stamina on ER/Havoc set Tacit field.(like myself who got 2 havoc dmg+set 3 cost wolf on that field)
but really though…they should drop more tuner per cost idk if it’s because I’m only at world 4-5 union level 31 while the field said the highest tier is world 9…maybe the higher world the more tuner we get
EDIT: WATCH OUT!

Got the same "luck"
On the beginner banner, I had to go to the last wish to get that shitty Lyngyang too (not that he is that bad, but I hate his gameplay and the character in itself)
And Only got 1 Toaqi and 1 Chixia too, at least I got 4 different 4 star weapon that can maybe boost my characters.
Hey bro just to give you some hope I’m basically f2p have only spent $50 on the game and I got danjin C6 with all the free pulls from the game
@@TOMORROWSFRIDAY Makes me more depressed than anything else tbh xD
Luck is a weird thing, cause your experience can be completly different from mine.
Subscribed because your tips are so good.
12:10 The fact that Mtashed and I both got the same 5 stars being f2p (aside from me not getting weapon) his S6 Mortefi didn't need to flex that hard
4:20 I thought I was the only one thinking this. Thanks for the confirmation lol
Depths of Illusive Realm can be so fun sometimes.
THIS CHANGES EVERYTHING
Tip 23: Lower your brightness, every object in the game really glows up. Real pleasing to eye.
Oh and the sunsets? Mmwah
50 pity and i still haven't gotten Jiyan's signature weapon
I pray for you
got it today. 77th pull 😟
Got it today in my 8th pull🫠
Saving thise waveplate recharge things would actually worth if it has the same artifact system as genshin where u can dump a lot of energy in one domain to get that specific artifact. But this game u can farm echoes infinitely so it really doesnt matter to save them and their value goes down imo. Maybe if u can farm those tuners with waveplate that would change things up, but generally its not a big deal imo.
If you prefer horizontal progression then getting the summons is better. but vertical progression is more key in a game like this that requires huge damage and skill to clear the hardest bosses. A Limited waveband for 34 summons is insane.
when you build a house you start with the foundations, not the roof.
