It feels like anytime I overdo the weight on the squat/leg exercises the lower spine nerves feel it & I am guessing its from those lower core muscles spasming/cramp. am I right? Why yoga is so good💪
Not being funny, but Dean you didn't get a body like that by just doing Yoga. Theres got to be a good diet, cardio routine (perhaps calesthenics) and some weights - especially for the size of your quads, hamstrings and glutes.

When you do floor exercises I suggest the camera focus more on you and not show so much wall.

You are very correct. Dean never claimed to get his body with just yoga. We always recommend combining yoga with other forms of fitness.
As a man it is difficult for me to perform Cobra pose due to the continuous rubbing of my pe**s on the floor.
