I'm going to be 52 this month. Thought I'd try this yoga stuff. Been doing Episode 1 to 6 four times a week for 3 weeks now and feel great. Alot more flexible and getting stronger every day. Thanks Dean and greetings from Australia 🇦🇺
Just found your channel. It has been really great in helping me plan to strengthen my lower back that is often painful. I cant do some of the stretches but will try as a beginner to start each day.
Been doing these for a couple of weeks now and they have been invaluable. I work from home and have an acute anxiety disorder so haven't left the house apart from for therapy walks in 3 years. These routines have helped so much that I'm managing to minimise my anxiety and get back out on my walks. Thanks very much man!
Dude thank you so much for making this! I have DDD and when I tried to do "beginner's yoga" it was upsetting and I couldn't find peace. I can't breathe well out of my nose and my anxiety spikes, etc etc etc. Your pacing and instructions are crystal clear for high anxiety people like myself. Thanks boss!
This was great dean! I’m a member on your website, I bet a lot of ppl including my self struggle with , (loss of cervical lordosis) aka straight neck from all looking at our phones , and a pelvic tilt… I think a program addressing this two problems would huge!! Thanks again dean
Ever since I had hip surgery last year! My hip feels very weak! And our crazy cold weather here in Pennsylvania! Doesn’t make my metal hip feel any better! I look forward to your yoga session! I know I need your assistance!

For the past 10 years I haven’t been able to touch my toes. After doing these workouts for just 4 days I was able to touch my toes! 😃😃😃

This vid kicked my ass a bit lol. I found doing the first core exercise, my hip flexors gassed out first...
Come back and try it again a few times. Consistency is key when it comes to progress!
