Hey my 01 is the same ugly gold color! Anyway thanks so much man. This started happening out of nowhere yesterday. Looks like I could have this done in less than half an hour. Definitely beats paying somebody else to do it.

Hi, Could you tell us whether this problem was accompanied by the Air Con light also not working ? I encountered a similar problem with the Air Con light not working. Any suggestions if this also is the problem and Air Con system otherwise in good condition ?
Does this resistor affect the blower/fan an the AC side also? my fan stopped yesterday. then later after turning the air control to defrost then back to vents the air worked again but now the fan does not kick on.
hey man thanks for the video. I have a question about the fan speeds. is 1 and 2 supposed to be a lot slower than 3 and 4? after I fixed it I wasn't sure if this was normal or not. or is the difference between each setting even rather than being drastic between 1,2 and 3, 4? thanks for your help!

I live in México so I hope you can understand my bad english haha! my blower motor is no working... so many times before I saw videos like yours, but in all shows the blower motor working on the 4 position. Its posible if mine not working at all because the resistor is dead? how can I know that before buy the resistor... thanks I hope you answer me... have a nice day!!!
Ok, this was a "ok" video, yes you did get it all in there on how to do this. But you said super easy....yes it would be if you had explained which/what screws to take out and held the camera at another angle so that we could actually see. Loved the humor but 1aauto provides a much clearer easier to do. The figuring out is EASY if you had shown it.....ya I got the point only after watch the other video.....remember we all aren't the "smartest crayons" in the box! 4/5*'s

Wow... If I had seen this video like 3 years earlier, I would have fixed my 99 Sentra. Good video though...
Great Video...but what do I do now...since I have no blowers front or back on my 1997 Nissan Quest? Is there a Relay for blowers (the fuses are fine).

jonboyice if you have all 4 speeds working I would say it's fixed.

It should work on all speeds of you replace the resistor. Good luck amigo!!
