The Gold coasr is a beautiful, my family has always wish to live down there but sadly we are only limited to NSW due to other family members being close by.

there's a favourite street in Melbourne of mine and its a street full of mansions
My favourite and dream home is on Knightsbridge parade but on the other side. 55-57.
Knightsbridge parade is so good hey, the palms and brick roads 10/10

I live one suburb away in paradise point and that mansion was left unfinished and abandoned for a while..
I passed it all the time when i was going out fishing
BUT for $45mil 😂😂 hell no it’s so ugly inside looks like a museum with no colour

They won't get $45 million for the Sovereign Island home. I can advertise my home for $100 million, but that doesn't make it the most expensive home on the Gold Coast.
They will be lucky to get $20 million. I have been in that house and it is terrible inside.

@@noah.creative It was bought 80% finished at a mortgagee in possession sale for $5.3 million in 2013. To finish it off would not be more than $4 million especially since the buyer was a builder so he could build at a lower cost than the average person.
So his cost was $10 million all up. Anything over that is profit. But it doesn't change the fact that it is terrible inside.

@@fitzyxoxo236 Great land acquisition, but terrible house. It's like a commercial shopping centre inside. The external architecture looks nice, but inside it has no warmth, elegance and sophistication which one would expect from such a house. The rooms come off one long corridor which makes it feel like a school dormitory.

that first house on the list is up for sale, they want $50 millions dollars. this video states it was last sold for $8.5 million. what a rip off haha

The first house is owned by Chinese man who also owns $1B Jewel Resort on Broadbeach. The second house I’m not sure about. The third and fourth house are Australian Owned

My job would be mowing the 44 acre lawn on the first house. That's huge! Maybe 11 acres is more suitable?
The Knightsbridge is more like a California house. The cost is $10k over though. I think it's worth more $30k-$33k but I have to see the inside. I love boats, easy access to a dock is preferred.
After Trump left Biden has already killed jobs in the US and Canada and everyone is angry. I don't know if Australia would even allow a Yankee coming down and buying one of these? I wanted to move to Monaco but it's densely populated and groceries are expensive. Bali has active volcano's. Maybe Africa? Just trying to find regions that aren't filled with people.

Under the realestate property page of this place that’s what they decided to name this mansion🤷🏽♂️. Do you know the Jewel resort on the Gold Coast. The Chinese man who built those 3 buildings also owns this mansions “Bellagio La Villa” thanks for stopping by have an awesome day ❤️
