@jacob bogers Apple won't be the same without steve (in my opinion) but the character of Apple is still steve's.
But the most innovative person for now is Elon, u agree with it.

And mostly proud about Pixar is they aren't like Disney who copying another another animated movie out there especially from DreamWorks movie without being honest where did they inspired from. In other words, Almost all the animated movie that made by Pixar are made by their own idea based on their own imagination too. Most of them are not even based on the myth novel or book story. Even if their story are similar with another animated movie, they've been honest and being open about what are they inspired and influenced from. For example, they being open about their influenced of some Japanese animation studio(I forgot the name) to make an animated movie. Such a genius and so honest.

Steve's talk is very historical about animation, I like especially Disney-movies, how they are made is very classy.

That's no true actually, he failed so much...apple1, lisa, the whole "next" adventure....his career was saved by Toy Story. After all his failure in the second run at Apple he really started to shine, most likely after he learned from all those failures and mistakes

Does anyone know when in '95 Steve gave this talk? It's interesting how some of the sound effects in the clips he presented are different in the final release of the film.

Joris Witteman slitscan and automated cameras don't count then.... There were films that used vector graphics before Star Wars for small sequences, and other effects, generated by computer.

Joris Witteman C'mon, if he mentions the layering thechnique used by WDisney for snow white he has to mention what happen in 2001 s Odyssey... I mean the models of the ships with the lighting techniques were indeed new to the game. And that was Stanley and it was 1968, he HAS to mention it, mandatory.
