Hi Günther, that's awesome I lover hearing where viewers are from 🍻 Not a whole lot, the blue one (geo) has a specialised fluid tip which helps with atomization for different base's and clears. I feel it is a little slow, similar to the the iwata. The white hte clear is specifically designed for clear coat and has a lot more holes in the air cap. This has a much quicker fluid delivery.
Hi Paul, really enjoyed the premier and live chat last night bud and I hope you were happy with the viewing figures last night👍 Video was great well made and edited with plenty of good help and advice in the voiceover👌as you know I've had a few issues getting my WoW primer down nice without dieback in the clear which was doing my nut in but I'm pretty happy (after trying quite a few different ones) with the Octoral PH254, it goes on really flat and has a nice semi gloss finish even when dry it's almost like laying clearcoat tbh, I like using my Sata 100B RP 1.4 for WoW. Anyway mate thanks for doing the vids and I'll see you in the next one👏👌👍
Thanks John, I know I say it a lot but I really do appreciate it. 🙏 Some wow are pants, I have used some before and no matter how much I cleaned the panel it would always have nibs in it and it was chalky. I like this standox one. I used to work at a place that had octoral and I really liked their paint scheme
Not a problem Paul, I can't do much to help but like to do what I can as you help me. I've tried the Roberlo high build with the non sanding additive but didn't like it, the HB Body WoW isn't to bad but again it kills the gloss, the Kapci 626 is quite nice plus you can use
@JohnWD40TC02 fair enough, I wouldn't have ever considered putting clear coat in wow? Personally I just follow the technical data sheets and +- a bit of thinners to help viscosity if I need it lol
Have you ever the videos where guys are using a blow gun or a pressure washer on a car and all the paint is coming off, that'll happen lol. Delamination 👍
Looking forward to this Paul, I'll try and get it in the FB groups for you mate👍 hmm 7:20pm does that mean Tony is doing one at 7PM tomorrow🤔 I was chatting to him last night but he didn't mention it.
Thanks John, I haven't spoke to him but last week he said he would he one ready for 7pm so I was hoping to "follow" after his show and try to pick up some of his viewers as they should be the same sort of audience. I'll send him a text. I could change mine to 7pm if he doesn't have a video up tonight.
Yeah ok mate but yours is dated the 25th which is tomorrow🤔😆 good idea though as you say it's the same content so following Tony would be good as we can mention it in the chat to head over to your channel.
@JohnWD40TC02 yea I don't think he is. He said he has been bust with work and hadn't the time to edit it. Hopefully he'll join in the chat on my video tonight.
@ElizabethAnn-u4w great question, the paint will peel off. The 1st stone chip or time it's pressure washed. As soon as that paint is put under any kind if pressure or stress, it'll let go it has nothing to bond (hold) on to.
@ElizabethAnn-u4w that depends on what primer you have, sand it just to be safe. And I would probably sand that with p500 as well. That way you won't have issues down the road.
Brilliant paul very explained thanks
Thanks, I really appreciate it. 👍
Great work , as always
Thank you, I really appreciate it 👍
Hi Paul, what is the different between this 2 guns? Lg Günther from germany

Curious, if one were to scuff up the "Factory primer" and then base over it without adding your own sealer or primer, what would happen?

@JohnWD40TC02 😅😅😅 well spotted 👏 I'll sort it now thanks
I assume Tony isn't doing one as you have changed it to 7pm🤔

What happens if you don’t sand and paint it like that without primer

Do I have to sand it or can I just apply the primer ?

👍👍👍👍
