I just want to take my time to thank you from the bottom of my heart. You helped me cure my severe psoriasis that I have been battling for 3 years. I did light therapy 3 times a week and treating with long term steroid creams. I’ve seen 3 dermatologists but did not emphasized how important taking vitamin D is. Did not evem checked my Calcium levels. Just like you, I havent been going out in the sun (specially the pandemic made it worst), and since living with my now husband who is lactose-intolerance, been taking almond milk instead of vit.D milks. But anyway, I am so tired of psoriais and caused me depression. I knew something isnt doing right. I was so desperate and I stumbled upon your video and it hit me hard. And instantly same day I went to the store and bought vit D and calcium from Target. I am so glad and can’t thank you enough. It’s only been 2 weeks and I can see a huge huge difference. I do not flare up anymore which is a big thing. Thank you so much!

Nick So there have definitely been some results and I’m still taking it. However, I’m not cured or anything. What I have noticed is that flare ups don’t last as long and are not nearly as severe as they used to be. Also, I used to have psoriasis on my chest and inner thighs and both of those areas have completely cleared up. I still get plaques, but not as many as I used to have. Hope that gives you some insight. I take 4,000 IUs a day; 2,000 when I wake up and 2,000 before bed. I’ve been doing that dosage amount the whole time. Let me know if you have any other questions.

So happy to hear that you're having success! Just wanted to mention that you might also want to take Vitamin K too. You don't want the calcium just hanging out in your bloodstream. Vitamin K helps calcium deposit in your bones, helping provide structural support and preventing osteoporosis. This is super important as we age, especially for women!

Now I can get haircuts without people freaking out. I did the Calcium 1200 with d3 1000IU Double dosed. Also the fish oil 1000mg with 300mg omega-3 2 tablets a day. Did magnesium baths and dead sea salt baths daily. Moisturized my skin with shay butter and would stay out in the sun for a hour a day. My psoriasis went from 80 percent of my body just too 20 percent. All it takes now is little to no alcohol and a fish rice and veggie diet. Rock on. You did better than my demonologist.

I would also ad L-Glutamine. I had an entire full body psoriasis and it was so bad that I was waiting for my appt to get tests for skin cancer. It was doubling everyday and I had to rub a half of tube if that super strong steroid on my body twice a day head to toe. A d it still kept spreading. 1 day I was just finished meditating and realized I hadnt eaten and I cd try this supplement I bought over a year ago and forgot about. I bought it for something totally different. Needless to say in 2 days it was nolonger growing. In a week it was flaking off and with 3 weeks my scars that looked like burn marks started to clear up also. I have never had another outbreak and its been over a year. When I feel something suspicious I start taking it again. Sometimes I forget how bad it was and slack. But I will always keep some in my cabinet. Oh and vitamin D and K didn’t work. Red sauna lights helped a tiny bit but not enough. Hope this helps

Yes, most people of color are vitamin D deficient. I have the same issue! Thank you for posting this because I have used tea tree oil and it clears up. Still the scalp doesn't really work. I am going to start taking this.

    • @rockydiane
      @rockydiane 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

This is sadly true that people with darker pigmented skin living away from the equator are prone to Vitamin D deficiency. And it is a fat soluble vitamin so people with excess body fat are also at increased risk of Vitamin D deficiency b/c the vitamin D is taken up by the fat cells where it cannot be utilized, and people with fatty liver (a growing epidemic in US) have impaired liver function so the crucial role the liver plays in utilizing fat soluble vitamins like Vitamin D is impaired. And Vitamin D deficiency has been linked to worse outcomes for COVID-19, another important reason to have optimal Vitamin D. I have been trying to get the word out about optimizing Vitamin D. Want to check 25-hydroxy-vitamin D lab test to make sure in optimal range of 50-70 but also not good to go too high which is not easy to do but possible so good to check.

Thanks you so so MUCH 💕 you wouldn't believe how grateful I am that I watched this..I am going not start taking this.I have had this horrible debilitating disease for over 28 years . It robbed me of so much of my life..I had to wear a long pants or long sleeved all the time ,even to school. Been to so many doctors for years . Taking steroid creams and injections. And methotrexate for a short time because of a need for blood tests to be done..it affected my life and self confidence so much that I hated myself .couldn't keep a job long term because of this or go to the beach. God is so good that HE MADE ME STUMBLE ON this video. I believe I Will be healed of this because God is still in control. I pray that every person who is suffering from psoriasis will be healed and not suffer anymore in JESUS name .🙏🙏🙏

I had severe scalp psoriasis for 15 years. I’ve tried everything and doctors couldn’t help me. I have tried Vit D, it didn’t help due to my severity. I went plant based last month for stomach reasons. Two weeks in I noticed it started to go away. By the 3rd week it’s completely gone. I finally am able to put my hair up again. Psoriasis is autoimmune, for me, removing dairy, fat & animal products cured my IBS & psoriasis. It’s amazing what food can do to the body.

Ik this isn't an option for everyone, but the topical steroids are a God send. I try not to use too much, it's not good to absorb a lot into your skin at one time.
My psoriasis was first triggered by stress and caffeine. I was drinking 6 cups of coffee a day. I would recommend staying away from caffeine and stress, if possible.
I shaved my head and I use coal tar shampoo. I also rub Cerave lotion onto it every few days. It's really cooling and soothing. I haven't really taken vitamins to target my psoriasis before, but I will now after this video! I think this is all I can provide. Good luck!!!

So researched it and the sun (vitD) was getting a lot of good talk about curing or aiding treatment. I can’t get outside regularly so I’m taking the d3 and vitamin e for skin repair. Here yo hoping it works, been on this for about a week and a half, noticed my psoarisis is actually flaking (it didn’t do too much of that before) and seems to be changing colors. I live in Arizona so I don’t spend much time out doors in the summer toooooo hot and in winter I wear a sweater or light jacket so there we go not much outdoor time and I am 83 to boot ! So I will try the vitamin D3 and the calcium , I have a bad break of psoriasis ! Thank you for sharing your information ! Blessing to you and your family ! Same! Arizona is so hot and I can't stand the heat. I also get sunburned very easily so I always stay inside. I have it on my face and scalp. Wearing makeup doesn't really cover it up because it creates a weird texture. I'm going to try this. Good luck with your psoriasis and hopefully it goes away.

I’m sorry. The thing is that we’re all unique. Just cos vit D works for her, doesn’t mean it will work for everyone. It’s insane to assume it would. There are probably other things that will work for you, so keep trying okay ! Good luck ❣️(I have rheumatoid disease, so I know what autoimmune disease is like).

@@ucanleaveyourhaton I didn't say nor did I mean or assume that "vitamin D would work for everyone". I was simply explaining that in my case, it didn't work as far as getting rid of my psoriasis. I'm WELL aware of the fact that everyone is different and what works for one may not necessarily work for someone else....or anyone else, for that matter. I was happy that it worked for HER, however. It's always wonderful when a person finally finds something that works.

It’s almost 2024, a New Year, and I noticed I was scratching my scalp more than usual. I felt “crumbs”on my scalp which is new for me. Simultaneously, I was shopping today and bought 2 bottles of vitamins just because I haven’t taken any. AND THEN I found calcium vitamins in my storage and added them with the rest. God knows. Thanks for this vid. I will check my Vitamin D levels since I am brown and it is winter.

@@chiloveradiouncut I’m glad you asked because I am the worst at taking pills on a regular. I had to reread what I wrote. At the time, I had stress issues. I did a no sugar detox, bought a random dandruff shampoo, took my vitamins and I will say what brought immediate relief was the Vitamin D pills and Sulphur 8 hair grease. I normally don’t grease my scalp, but one day, my scalp was itching so badly, I stopped at a beauty supply, bought Sulphur 8, and greased my scalp sitting in the car! I felt better. I’m natural, so I grease the 2nd day after shampooing now.

Good luck!!

Great vid! I had severe flare-ups on legs, torso (stomach & back), and scalp.
Took 1000iu of D3 and Calcium, 3x daily.
After week 1, flare-ups reduced, no new lesions.
I’d advise buying a pumice stone. it’s less than $2.
When in the shower, run lukewarm (I use warm/hot) water over your body and plaque area, lather the area with soap (skin appropriate), then LIGHTLY scrub the plaques.
Start light and be careful not to scrape too deep. The longer you run water on your plaques, the softer the plaques will get.
Scrub LIGHTLY with the stone. I’ve emphasized it for a reason.
I don’t know how bad your plaques are but I wish everyone well.
