So that's how everyone is getting around the Supra's high torque oversteer, by using the 4th gear as a TCS mechanism. Have people done tests comparing actual TCS versus using higher gears with less torque? Because if you have to use 4th gear to exit mid-speed corners you might as well just turn up the traction control.
Noob question, but why do you upshift so quickly, and especially why do you skip third? How does that make the car accelerate faster as opposed to working the RPMs up first in each lower gear?
No, you should not have to unless you weren't comfortable running no tc before. Do be wary of the long corners traction zones where it is easy to try too much, especially when it is uphill, losing traction will be easy with supra, this can be minimized with careful inputs and using higher gears as shown here on exit.
I think it's the track. There's only one line in Watkins Glen and if you're off it, you lose tons of time. They should pair it with less powerful car to make it interesting
Friendly hint. The boards on this track are distanced in feet, not in meters. Great guide as always!
Well done, thank you sir
Nice... Tomorrow i try Race C...
Thanks for the guide.

Great tutorial
Super helpful insight Thankyou!
Pozz! ;-)
Are you gonna make nurburing?

This might be a lame response but I view the quick gear changing as self induced electronics 💀
4th gear easier to full throttle get on power early. 3rd will give u too much power tires spin you lose grip and may even lose control of the car.
Do you have to put the traction on 1 in the race after the update?

can i use your giude also with controller and automatic transmission?
No that’s strictly forbidden and a sin. Don’t do it!!
Is anyone else finding FRs much more understeery since the physics update? Trail braking seems much more difficult or just less effective.
OH YES !
Is it just me that found race c kinda boring? I feel like the first few laps are good but then I’m just solo for like 9 laps
I’m at DR: B and SR: S
Yes I agree 100%. Action first couple laps but when the race settles and individual pace starts setting in it’s boring af.

I can’t pass 1:48
Race 100laps and I bet you will.
@@user-dr1pb7wt4s half the battle is figuring out where the track limit is. Wish the game would improve on that so we can be more consistent
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👍
