I actually bought this product when I saw it in a store in Spain. I was intrigued because they advertised the product having 5% Tranexamic Acid. However, after buying it and taking a closer look at it, I noticed the asterisk next to "5% Tranexamic Acid". This product actually has only 0.15% Pure Tranexamic Acid and "5% Encapsulated TA". They say the same thing on their website. I did not appreciate this marketing trick at all, but since I had already bought it, I used up the product. Personally, I didn't see any difference on my skin.
Holy crow! I used to subscribe to your channel and somehow a few years ago fell off and haven’t watched in a long time. Remembered and found you again today and you look GREAT! You’re aging backward and love your new back-drop/set-up!
I've been trying it! Unfortunately it's a bit too irritating for my sensitive skin and doesn't work as well for me as some other hyperpigmentation products.
Love your channel. Please dont ever change a thing. Would you ever consider reviewing the Lightweight SPF from Transparent Labs? There are only a few channels that mention it but they aren’t as comprehensive as your reviews
Oh thank you so much! This is funny because I literally just ordered it a few hours ago (they are having a 25% off sale right now and it seemed like the right time)!
@@NOBSBeauty Indeed! I was looking at the same sale but was hoping to watch some good reviews and really couldn’t find too much. I’m not sure why because the ingredients sound great and the amount of product for the price is outstanding. I will def look forward to your review😎
I did the peel and wow it absolutely works. It’s mega potent and two years after I had the cosmelan peel I had the stronger Dermamelan peel that cleared up all my pigment . Really worth thinking about it
I haven't tried this particular product but I do have some other ones from this line and I am really enjoying all of them....As you mentioned, the Theramid brand is also wonderful... really enjoying the copper peptides serum... thanks for the recommendation Sarah!!!👍
I do think this works well with tretinoin at night- I tend to apply this early in my evening routine then right before my moisturizer apply the tretinoin and no issues or sensitivity.
@@NOBSBeauty thank you for the reply. I'll definitely give it a try. I'm currently using Theramid's copper peptide, ceramide and azelaic acid serum products. And I love them. It's just always a struggle how to use them around my main hero - tretinoin.
I love this serum, I use it every night. During the day I use the Numbuzin no 5 vitamin concentrated serum, which is also supposed to be great for pigmentation issues...SO...I really don't know which one is working, but something is. I've told myself no new products unless I get a good deal on them...hoping Niche Lab has another pop up sale so I'll stock up. Do you the Numbuzin no 5 vitamin concentrated serum? Do you think it helps with pigmentation?
Love both of those serums! I've been using the Numbuzin one a lot this winter on days I didn't want to use a vitamin c serum. I'm hoping niche beauty lab will have another good sale this spring, I want to pick up their sunscreens next!
You certainly can use it for PIE but they do have a separate product geared towards PIE, it is this one: nichebeautylab.com/en/collections/transparent-lab/products/pie-acne-red-spot-fading-treatment
I've tried 2 products from Transparent Lab and will never buy anything from them again. The DE-Bloat soothing eye cream was extremely irritating which i never experienced from any other eye cream. The adult acne treatment was also disappointing because it didn't do anything for me. Their marketing is quite misleading because at first glance the concentration of active ingredients appears to be quite high but that is just the concentration of the liposome in which the active ingredient is encapsulated.

I have to say your skin looks so good. Hard to believe you have melasma.
Oh thank you so much, you're too sweet! It's gotten a lot better over the years and hopefully will continue to. 🤞
I wanted to say that I am really enjoying your newsletter!
Oh thank you so much! Ike and Lincoln are going to be asking for a raise soon! 😂

Mesoestetic makes the Cosmelan peel, which is supposed to be great for melasma. I will look into doing it next fall.

I was wondering..have you ever tried anything from Medipeel? I think their products look promising..I'm gonna try some products of them.
I think worth try, specially for the price thank you!!!
Thanks for the review! Could you use it along your tretinoin in the evening? ❤

Is this also suitable for PIE?

Happy Friday Sarah😀n This is Gonna b so Cool🔥🔥🔥👍….
The ingredients are good, but tranexamic acid doesn't touch my hyperpigmentation.
