Way too expensive. If you’re adding an ADU to your property as rental income this doesn’t make any sense. $370,000 with $74,000 down 30year loan 7.4% interest your payment is $2700 a month for a one bedroom. No thanks.
Thanks for the view and the feedback. Not everyone is looking at this years cash on cash return. There are many other ways these units add value based on ones mid and long term goals.
@@ThatADUGuyCover built my ADU, which was just rented before the LA ADU Show for a record breaking price per sq ft. They are a great company and can't recommend their products enough.
Yikes. I mean it has a slick, cool SoCal kind of vibe, but wow that’s pricey. Tbh I love your ADU model so much better. Like at least 300k times better.
Thanks so much for coming on the LA ADU Tour and sharing what you saw with the world!!!
I love it when my favorite youtuber is in the comments section. Thanks for all the advice and pointers you give Ryan!
That is so awesome. Thank you for putting this video together. ❤❤❤
You're welcome! I have been inside hundreds of ADUs and seen pictures or plans of thousands and yours is one of my favorites. Great job! 🎉🎉🎉
That’s a beautiful unit
Hey Wayne!! Great to hang out this weekend. Thanks dude!
@@ThatADUGuy it was a pleasure to meet you in person
$370k for 470 sqft? I paid less for my 2,500 sqft home.
This probably added $500k to the property value. Price and and value are not the same thing.

So what are the many other ways? 370k is unattainable for most people
I like your work, from Cali. I have investment properties in NORCAL and SOCAL and that's not worth it as an investor for me.
Thanks for the feedback and the view!🎉🎉
Washington State? I'd love a couple in my backyard!
May be worth looking into.

Pretty darn cool!

YOU SAID HOW MUCH 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 No way, that's a crazy price for the size and I see your guy thought so too. He almost laughed when he said it.
Can they build in Oregon?
Nm, they’re only in LA County
I believe they are trying to provide units world wide.🎉🎉
@@priceandpridethey were talking about big growth
Cover only is building ADUs in the City of LA currently, but they plan to expand. @@priceandpride

There are a whole lot of people across the country who don't grasp the concept of regional price differences.
So true! @@RevdUp.Art.Fotografer
Cover is way too expensive if you’re building ADU for a rental property they’re gonna go bankrupt soon way too unsustainable
There were some great concepts in their build.
That’s an absolute scam. Literally double the price it should be.
Try building one
@@ThatADUGuy there are full size homes, here in Canada that a far less money.
I agree, outrageous for the size.
lol 370k no thanks I can build something for myself less than 30k. It’s a nice idea but 370k worth absolutely not that’s a mansion
Cost are crazy in LA 🎉
