    Like your pro-points. For your con points (especially #1 and #2) they aren't actually about 1033 so much as they are arguments against ADUs in general right?
    For the lender stuff in #5, you want to recommend your homeowner asks their lender for a partial lien release before they go through the process of condo mapping.

    It's a Bad Thing. You have to share your property. But ultimately you can't pick the buyer's or there conduct.

      Multi dwellings on one property. No parking. People , dogs, cats, noise, bbqs , visitors. Nightmare

    ADU is one solution for smart people who shy away from renting, why slave for wages to build landlord family wealth when your family have nothing to show for paying rent. Property Ownerships is the best thing for your money period.
