Scope or branches of the psychology
1. Pure psychology
It provides theoretical framework of the subject deals with their principles theories and suggest different method for assessment of behaviour. These methods deal with pure application of psychology such as
*General psychology -it deals with fundamental rules principles and theories of psychology in relation to study of behaviour of a normal adult
*Abnormal psychology- it is a branch of psychology that deals with the behaviour of individuals who are abnormal it is study mental disorders and their treatment
*Social psychology - it deals with group behaviour relationship of individuals with each other it also study group of phenomena such as attitude believe customs rituals which affect their behaviour
*Physiological psychology it deals with biological and physiological basis of the behaviour it explain functions of the sense organs in nervous system muscles and glands underlying behaviour of an organism.
*Parasychology --it deals with extra sensory perception causes of river telepathy and allied problems
*Geo psychology it explain the relation of physical environment specially weather climate soil with the behaviour
*Development psychology deals with the factors and process that influence the development of an individual from birth to death this branch also explain the abnormal development features of individual and each stage of life.
*Experimental psychology it deals with the fundamental and general causes of behaviour by scientific methods it explain learning memory sensation perception and motivation.
Extra sensory perception it refers to the ability to obtain information about the world around without using the normal five senses it use experience extra temporal activities and include mental telepathy which can read others person thoughts
Clairvoyance -it is knowledge awareness of the event that one not cannot see hearing the sound of the ghost or the evils
Precoginition-it is the ability to predict the future incident accurately for example who will win this match
Psychokinesis -it is the ability to cause things to move by virtue of thought process.

*Political psychology is the branch that explain the use of psychological principles and students that deals with the driving a political games impact of voting election psychology etc.
