I was too young to appreciate this car. I never looked at it twice. But now that I'm older, I would love to have one.
I had an 03 S Type base 4.2 V8. Drove it for 15 years. To 150k miles never had any issues that you wouldn't have with any other car. Tires, oil change, brakes, air filter etc. That you would spend in Chevy. I recently sold this car to my cousin so that I could buy a Jaguar XF. I can only hope that the XF will be as good to me as my S Type was. They are a beautiful car and I think if kept long enough and in good condition it could be a cool classic. That's what my cousin is doing with my old his new S Type. Id recommend that anyone who is interested in one of these Jag 1st have a mechanic you trust evaluate it and if it meets the standard for the price buy it.
You will not be disappointed. In sport mode WOW!!

Why is self-satire at being British always obligatory ? Such self-conciousness shows such a lack of confidence. Like a naked person walking along a busy road: just put your head up, breath in, and march with aplomb; it's the squirming not the product that's embarrassing.
