1:04:02 Not gonna lie, I was holding back some tears during this scene after listening to Arrival to Earth playing in the back. This song was there when I was 7 years old back in 07 and now I’m 23, it’s back.
I let the tears flow. This movie had me so hype the entire time. I love Michael bay transformers and this is my second favorite behind tf3, I’m 2 years older than you so this movie is special for us

This is what a Transformers movie should be, with a tight narrative, clean action sequences and heart whether human or robotic.
One of the critics called it the best Transformers movie since the first one in 2007.
I disagree, i can pinpoint why this movie is no better than bayverse.
1) that Brookyln girl is trainee but how Come she knew how to use that whatever scanner
2) they go to Peru but she's no longer have a reason to stay there because maximals can tell everything, she never go to Peru either but how Come she knew where the puzzle is?
3) bumblebee were killed in first act, and then he revived again so why we need to feels sad when mirage killed? They can revived him again. There's no stake at all
4) director promise maximal Will have important role but we ended with autobots saving the world again
5) the plot is rehash from bayverse movies which is revenge of the fallen + dsrkseide of the moon + the Last knight
6) why would our main guy got a suits? So they can do his sequel as G. I Joe, i'm glad i never watch G. I joe animation, if not i Will screaming in theater
Btw i grew up with Beast Machines: Transformers. So this movie in first act i very enjoy because i assumed they gonna go to cybertron at the end but instead we know now what happened.....
I give this movie no better than bayverse. Only bayverse hater praised this movie which has same quality as bayverse, at least the girl is hot in bayverse

A couple points from the movie in case you guys were confused:
1. This movie is a confirmation that Bumblebee (2018) movie was a reboot to the franchise
2. Stratosphere is not like Jetfire. Instead of a tanker soldier or an airborne fighter, he's just a transport/carrier class autobot and an old one to add, that's why he doesn't join the fight because he's not designed for it. (Note: originally autobots are not fighters, that role is for the decepticons, while autobots are the worker class. Thus makes sense that most of the older generations of autobots are not combatant. Unlike the younger generations of autobots like Mirage and Bumblebee, which are more agile and versatile for combat. Jetfire on the other hand was a decepticon, that's why even when he's old and crumbling apart he's equipped for combat)
3. That alien ship in the G.I.Joe base was Scourge's which you guys saw in the movie opening
But how did they get Scourge's ship?

The end scene was the best, just because I've been waiting for the GI Joe/Transformers team up. In the 90s there was a comic about it and it was amazing!
Around 36:00, Optimus Prime’s face looks weird because it was modeled after Peter Cullen’s face, who was Optimus Prime’s voice actor since the very beginning. It’s a nice change imo.
Actually in this movie, the Maximals are a race of Beast-mode Transformers that are one of the Cybertronian colonies that migrate to other planets outside of Cybertron. So they are not actually descendants of the Autobots but of their own breed.
The Airazor dieing scene was to the saddest part to me, with Airazor telling Primal it is ok and seeing the pain in Primal face, I love Bumblebee but Airazor just got to me more, I cried.😭❤️🦅
There was a deleted scene where, before the beam from the Transwarp key launched, Optimus was fighting a Decepticon named Transit, and he was looking for his ship. But the scene was removed due to what then followed: Optimus threw Transits body into the Hudson River, where it then revealed a massive pile of Decepticon corpses.
Which is funny cus I noticed the first shot we see if him is from that scene till it switches to show the beams when he’s in robot mode

I don’t know if this was actually a deleted scene but if it was I’m kinda glad they didn’t put it in the movie. Because while this optimus, while ruthless he isn’t complety merciless and still a character who holds back and isn’t bloodthirsty complety. Unlike bayverse prime💀
@@boi-4216nah it's definitely a deleted scene that the studio posted to youtube themselves, mostly unfinished but finished enough to have a good fight scene, glad it was removed but happy that we at least got to see the fight from the scene on youtube

When Bumblebee comes back the “I have come here to kick ass” is from John Carpenter’s They Live lol Roddy Piper plays a dude who finds sunglasses that reveal aliens are living amongst us on earth, so he goes on a alien killing spree 😂
The full quote: “I have come here to kick ass and chew bubblegum, but I’m all out of bubblegum.” 😂😂 Duke Nukem also borrowed that line lol

Something I really love about this movie is your can hear the bots talking when they're in vehicle mode.

He's referring to the fact that - in Live-Action - this is the first time they actively talk on-screen in their Vehicle Mode.
In Bay's Movies they either talked off-screen, or just did things on their own (as if they were talking telepathically).
They nearly always waited untill they would transform back into Robots, to engage into any conversation.

Transformers and G.I. Joe crossed over in the comics and in the original Transformer series. There is also an animated G.I. Joe movie as well. Scourge killed members of every faction.
fun fact: Optimus Prime's face is modeled after Peter Cullen, Prime's voice.
The first idea of the ending was that Optimus was going to be sucked by the portal, and then he came face to face with Unicron.

I can't believe how awesome mirage was to me for real not really a Pete Davidson fan but in my opinion he killed this and made it an even better movie than I already thought it was watching it
Optimus Prime's face is supposed to be inspired and modeled by its voice actor, Peter Cullen (now 82 years old), and has been confirmed by Caple Jr.
I loved this movie when I went to see it. I laughed at some parts, got emotional at others, I got a little bit annoyed at others, too. I wasn't expecting to love Mirage as much as I did, given who his voice actor was, but surprise surprise. The teamwork between the Autobots and the Maximals as they worked together to take down the Terrorcons and Unicron was amazing. I felt my jaw drop when I saw Scourge kill Bumblebee, but I was ecstatic when he made his epic entrance into the fight after being re-energized by all the Energon deposits.
Honestly, hearing the voices of Peter Cullen and Ron Perlman in the same movie is way too cool to not love. I also really love how Primal stole a killshot on Battletrap from Optimus and shrugged like it wasn't a big thing after Optimus said "He was mine." 😂 I give this movie a solid 9/10.
Also, I think that hustler with Noah shit himself when he saw Mirage. 😂😂

Maybe it's just a bias, because he comes off as egocentric. He did redeem himself a bit by playing Mirage.
@@Rainbow.Pegacorn.Cosplay He definitely has an ego. But he has depth. As I said, he lost his father on 9/11, he was only 7 years old I'm pretty sure. And it put him in a deep dark depression later in his adult life. He had bad coping mechanisms and didn't know how to deal with his grief and that void of not having his dad. I'm not exactly in love with him but I respect him and sympathize with the poor guy. He's been through a lot.
Rhis transformers movie was fire. So much action, comedy from Optimus, Noah, and Mirage. And just awesome references.

Man, Ron Perlman did such an amazing job voicing Primal this time, then he did before. And before anyone asks, yes, Ron Perlman did voiced Optimus Primal before in the Machinima prime wars trilogy cartoon, but due to them, he did a really bad job.

I really loved the designs and transformations in this and Bumblebee. To me they have a more robot in disguise feel

This is definitely a movie worth watching in the theater.
Maybe at a drive-in but the tiny little indoor theaters that exist now wouldn't be anything special.

Serious question, because vast majority of Theatres and Cinemas we have these days, are absolutely big...
Arcee is an original G1 Transformer. She never got a toy (boys don't buy girl Transformers.... apparently) but she was in the 86 movie. She originally transformed into an open top pink roadster, but after that she has most often had a bike alt mode. She was also one of the bike triplets in Revenge of the Fallen.

This newer universe definitely has alot more potential thanks to Bumblebee.
This and the Bumblebee movie are not prequels to the Bay films. They are completely new universe.
I love this film and I can’t wait to see what happens in the future movies however I still wish they got Garry Chalk to voice Optimus Primal again from the beast wars cartoon cause that’s would have been amazing to see Both original voice actors together but I still enjoy Ron Perlman as primal .
Agreed, Chalk's performances were fantastic, but if he had to be replaced, Ron Perlman did a very worthy job!

Fun Fact: there was a comic series of Transformers having a crossover with the G.I. Joe franchise, so i was so totally not expecting them to do a literal crossover movie of it too! Plus Noah fusing with Mirage's armor is called the Headmaster system where the humans piloted their autobot companions as mecha suits. It's mainly seen in comics and the original tv series, but was never really seen on later shows that much except in Transformers Animated (The Headmaster was a Villian that stole the transformer's body) and Miko using ancient cybertronian artifact that turns into a suit of armor (Transformers Prime). I do look forward to seeing if the movie producers will further introduce more people becoming headmasters with their fellow autobot companions because seeing Noah aiding the Autobots and Maximals with the battle was epic. I am looking forward to the next movie. 😊❤
After watching the ending scene of the movie where Noah Diaz (Anthony Ramos) was being asked to join the GI JOE , it gets excited for the crossover. I also hope Ramos, Dominique Fishback, Luna Lauren Velez (as Noah and Kris’ Mother) and Dean Scott Vazquez as Kris Diaz comes back, and as well as Hailee Steinfield, John Cena, Jorge Lendeborg Jr., and Jason Drucker from Bumblebee to come back as well.
If they decide to bring back Bumblebee’s real voice, he can still use the radio to help him speak, but I just wish they could find his real voice with Dylan O’ Brien (who voiced Bee in Bumblebee until he lost his voice after it was ripped off after he refused to talk about where Optimus Prime was) coming back to voice him again
Imagine if Transformers and GI Joe crossover gets part 2 or 3 finale get a 3hrs run-time.

This movie is actually a reboot, the previous 5 Michael Bay movies are no longer cannon to Rise of The Beasts.
Optimus Primal isn't a Prime, he's another dude who named himself after Optimus Prime but he's not a Prime.

To bad her storyline was useless and lead no where... she lead them to Peru but the artifact wasn't where she said, she had the special code but prime destroyed the machine anyway. Therefore she provided nothing to this film .

@fourze4z138 I mean why a random human is needed to give the transformers who've been alive for millions of years idk, but the terror cons were already in Peru so the auto bots could have just tracked the terrorcons ( whom they outright say can track the key) to Peru so she's really not needed to get there and even if she was cool now what she still takes like 10 mins in the climax to type this code only she could find out ( why only this one human could come up with a code from an alien race while the alien race cant) for the code to be useless in the end cause prime destroyed it. Soo I'm sorry but I still don't concede my argument you have to make better points than she gave the super intelligent alien race hope to keep fighting a war they have already been fighting for millions of years..
@fourze4z138 technically if you want to really give her credit she's the one the activated the key, got the first half handed over to scourge. And by the time the 2nd half the key came into play scourge got that right away when her and Noah got it. Plus I'll point out the main deleted scene everyone's talking about is prime killing decepticon and dropping his body in a river graveyard so prime never struck me as needing "hope" or the drive to keep on fighting he seemed desperate to get home above anything.

My absolute favorite part of the movie is when Noah gotten that exosuit just like in the animated series when spike gotten his , I'm not sure if Noah exosuit can transform just like spike exosuit because spike can transform into a car
I teared up with happiness once I seen the GI Joe card at the end , I'm crazy excited for the coming crossover just like in the comics , who knows it might be a 4 part movie just like in the comics when they came out with 4 issues of the crossover

One of you mentioned about Bumblebee being badass, and that reminded me of another Autobot that I called badass. Arcee from a show one of you brought up (Transformers Prime) was the one Autobot I called badass. I definitely still think she's a badass.
Transformers and G.I.Joe have had comics of the two being in the same universe. No surprise Cobra would ally with the Decepticons. I do hope that with the Maximals and Terrorcons we will also see more factions. Like the Predacons and the Dinobots.
When we get that G.I. Joe movie, the end scene in that will somehow be a crossover tease for Thunder Cats 😂

"I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick ass. And I'm all out of bubblegum." The movie They Live (1988) with WWF wrestler Roddy Piper and Keith David. By director John Carpenter. About aliens disguised as humans taking over earth by infiltration and that put subliminal messages everywhere that he can only see with special sunglasses. Piper's character decides to go into a bank and start killing the aliens with a shotgun while wearing the sunglasses. And that is his bad a$$ famous line. It was also ripped off and used as the main one liner for Duke Nukem in the videogame Duke Nukem 3D. Which is where I know it from first before I watched They Live. And I think most people who grew up in the 90's know the line from is Duke Nukem. It's been one of the most used and quoted movie lines of all time. Bumble Bee is literally using the line directly from the movie said by Roddy Piper in his voice from the movie. Most likely because it IS one of the most bad a$$ lines of all time. 😎

A GI Joe/Transformer crossover is cannon even back to the 80's... an aging Cobra Commander made a cameo in TF Original animated cartoon season 3 ep "Only Human". "This is the World Mr. Drath.. EVERYTHING is for sale" (Voiced by none other than Chris Latta) Personally I'm glad they ditched "Sector 7".
