      I’ve worked my calves since 2019. All through lockdown. Incorporated in gym sessions 3 times each week since October 2019 and…….nothing😮 they are firm and I can feel my cigarette/skim work trousers fit them tighter but nothing visible to the naked eye! What in the world??! Genetics maybe? My dads has feminine calves bless him & I have most of his features 😂

      Difficult muscle to work. Bodybuilders tells you to work them 5 to 6 times a week and destroy them. I am doing it i saw an increase in size but it is the long game

      I think trampolining helped too.

      @@HillbillyYEEHAA yes walking in heels, toes etc defo help. Never been a fan of heels and my friends who wore them constant in their 20s have bunions and trotter toes🐽
      Would rather have pretty feet than calves I suppose 🤣🤣🤣🤣

    Finishing up your Transformation Guide but am sooo excited to try the new Push, Pull and Legs guide. And, I feel the short-struggle! Haha. I always struggled with split squats until I saw you lower your back leg and now I feel them soooo much more.

    4:19 minutes, this is so true, I'm 41 years old, and I started working out in my 20s before I was doing just squats and lunges, and I had huge glutes 🙈😂 I stopped going gym 5 years ago and now I'm back and I started to do hip trust because everyone is talking about but actually my results are not getting better than what I was doing before 😂 but yeah let's keep going, sometimes is good to do something different.

    Hi Hannah, I have always admired you and I will always do 😊❤... One question please, is there a difference (for glutes development) if Bulgarian split squats are performed with a barbell on shoulders/upper back instead of doing Bulgarian split squats with dumbbells in hands? Thank you! 😊

    How would you warm up your glutes would you recommend those hip thrust or do you do other things I'm limited in weight so hip thrusts I usually leave for last and it's very very light but I'm very fatigued by that time so usually once said Burns pretty good for now eventually I'm going to do sets that's the goal

    O...man....that was hilarious and very educational at the same time. Hanna you remind me of Emilia Clark from Game of Thrones. 2 quality sets instead of instead of 4 mediocre set is better...I totally agree. Author Jones, Mike Mentzer, and Jay Vincent were right with their HIT style of training. Video time at 26:54...you know you're working hard when your bum protests the work you put it through. Ha ha.     Instead of step ups, can't we do a leg press, one leg at a time, with the heel positioned very high on the table? Is it different?

    Tips for glutes only I am so quad dominate and feel them engaging when I don’t want them too!

      bring your heels back closer to your bum. it sounds like they're too far away and make sure your feet are slightly pointed out. I'm also quad dominate I had to work on foot positioning the most until I start feeling the burn in my glutes then I knew it was doing it right. also doing a pause at the top also helps to feel it more in your glutes. Hope this works for you. Good luck!

    Really wish my gym had that bench. All the benches are too high and doesn’t have the lowering adjuster like the one Hanna showed with the taller bench 😢😢😢 because of the benches at my gym, i avoid the golden movement barbell hip thrusts 😢😢

    What if i want to reshape my glutes (mine are more square) and I have access fat to lose on my saddlebag region/stomach/hips/glutes-- do I eat in a calorie deficit or maintenance?

      That's just ur shape, they are always gonna look square but u can make them look a bit rounder when side pose

    I never feel discomfort doing hip thrust movements across my hips or pelvis. But I also stopped using my gym's crappy bar pad (which could really be uncomfortable) and use my own bar pad. Your bar pad looks similar to the one I stopped using!

      I think if you have the bar right at the bottom of your vag it should be okay 👍🏽
      That’s where I find it most comfortable anyways

    😂tough ... 💪 😅yeah I use the pad and then try single leg instead of going up to high. The heaviest I go is 160kgs and then 90kg single leg/ b stance.

      Doing the same exercises/movement patterns and progressively overloading them is very common when the goal is to get stronger and grow your muscles. Totally understand how that can be boring for the average person, but I personally get a lot of enjoyment out of mastering a movement and getting stronger with it! 😊 I’m assuming Hanna feels similarly.

      That’s the proper way to train lmao. You don’t switch up exercises every time you go to the gym on leg day, you won’t hypertrophy anything that way lol
