    This was unexpectedly effective.
    After doing this for the first time, I said I'll just close my eyes and truly relax for a few minutes. When I opened my eyes over an hour has passed without ever realising.
    This guy deserves a medal 🏅

    I have been doing it from like 10 days now with combined meditation, better diet, better sleep, Vit D. It has made my life much easier

    I have been dealing with insomnia for almost 2 years. This technique, very nicely demonstrated, is excellent at relaxing your body and mind, and certainly helps one fall asleep sooner

    It's a good video. Remember it does take time to get to the state you want to get and like he says it takes time to strengthen your relaxation 'muscles'.

      The first day I ever part take in this progressive relaxation session in this video, I felt like I was recovering from Anaesthetic ian. I felt totally relaxed and fell asleep.     Dr. Reitav, Thank you for this awesome tool. I have been doing this everyday for the past three weeks with the exception of one day. I noticed that I am yawning (not very normal for me) several times during the exercise. Is this normal? What does this indicate? Please explain. Thank you. Ven

      You can try some yoga : Cat n Cow pose, Cobra pose, Child pose, downward dog and Glute bridge

    Hello, my name is Andrew. I have been battling muscle tension and daily headaches for over a year. My neck, traps and shoulders are really tight. I just started doing muscle relaxation exercises and I noticed something strange. Whenever I squeeze my shoulder blades together and release, it gives off this strange reaction. It's like I zone out or go into this trance and I feel really really relaxed. Hopefully that means I'm getting positive results. Is this normal? Will muscle relaxation help with daily muscle tension and headaches? Thank you.

    I like the video very much, but i have some questions.Firstly what breathing technique video is Dr. Jaan referring to and also, i can't seem to tense my hamstring muscle and cavs when i do the exercise.They just won't tense,especially hamstring muscle.Changed chair,tried different positions ,but can't make it tense.I can tense cavs a little,but i think i'm not doing something right, because i feel them more tense when i stand on my toes.Any advice please?

      @@peekfifa828 it does help you get calmer for sure. I've realised my CU is due to gut issues and not anxiety only, but I've been doing this and whatever anxiety i had is much lesser. But yeah, also make sure your sleep is decent at least, otherwise it wont work.
