This would bring so much life to sandstorm on console. I’m level 149 and gotten bored of the game although I keep playing bc bs2042 is well… bs, and I won’t even speak of vanguard. On console, our games are very limited and this game is paving is slowly paving the way for a genre of its own. I just need this in an update and not glasshouse

Im almost lvl 2000 on ps5 with almost 2000hrs playtime in solely PvE but im seriously considering switching to PC, since i already got a PC which i mainly use to fly in DCS 🛩️ might be worth it cuz of all the customization options 🎉 the only thing is i dont wanna spend Money and buy the Game a second time 😅
Until I get a pc for people like us I wish this was an option not necessarily the names and all do to legal issues obviously but they could at least drop updates with things like this for the guys on Xbox mor gun add onsgear etc and missions get some actual missions that have a story line or helos some hummves and ambushes etc the jungle for a map they could do simple stuff for xbox
With mod.io, the modding community/company that has consoles in mind and is the one who runs the mods for Insurgency, it should be coming at some point. However, I couldn’t tell you when and I know that there is interest to do so
You can’t use them in the official servers for the original Insurgency Sandstorm experience. You can run them in ISMC online matches that are run in the community server browser

As someone that loves the game and has someone who has over 1 thousand hours you would think I like this mod a lot and praise it entirely but i personally don’t like it all it does is add super imbalanced weapons and attachments which ruins the really good pvp balancing system. There’s really no other game similar to sandstorm pvp squad is too slow arma is far too realistic for accessibility and speed of gameplay is way too slow tarkov has a lot of down time all these games are good but sandstorm takes good things from all of these games and packages into smaller matches on smaller maps with better gunplay and weapon/class balance making for a gem of a competitive shooter while also having a semi realistic ttk that allows for players to be competitive whilst also having fun in PVP. For me I couldn’t give two shits about pve in all honesty however I understand that ismc is great for pve but in its current state ismc is trash in pvp mostly due to poor balancing

My download to join a server took awhile because you download all the maps in one go
