Hi Sir, So far we gave around 6lacs for labour contract charge to my engineer. But still house constructed till ground floor without plastering. Yet construct first floor. Can you pls tell how much work which should have completed for 6 lacs?? Total construction sqft 2100.
Ground floor - 2 bhk, first floor single bhk. Total land size 3.5 cents.
Sir what about heat transfer through walls while plastering with m sand for houses with out AC could u explain

As per my calculation at present contracts means 1 sq.ft 1500 rupees but Labour contract means 1 sq.ft just 900 to 1000 rupees that's all but minimum know important that's all now choice is urs

Andha work vandhu plinth area wise la bill make pndranga adhu private limited company so billing engg, planning engg nu etc ovvoru department irukanga so.. All clients want to save that 10percentage consultant fees. For eg if a building cost arround 50 lac , consultant fees comes around 5 lac . Nobody is ready to loose 5 lac as consulting fee. That's why they choose nontechnical Labour contractor .
