Very good advice for the people who is constructing their house.
But people initially telling very nice and then changing their tunes. I think government should also make the guidelines and monitoring the construction stage by stage by appointing inspectors and allowing us to proceed further especially in making the structural columns and then testing the strength. They should be certifying the civil structures and important features for constructions, so that there is no failure in the buildings after 10 or 29 years. Government should help us by making the procedures and approvals stage by stage so that contractor cannot cheat or using sub-standards materials in civil and electrical items.

1. Should i get plan, structural details and elevation details from engineers? or architects? or from contractors having practical experience is enough? APart from these 3 should we have anything else?
2.What are the things available in plan, structural design and elevation design? Is it pictorial design alone ? or videos too? Or detailed document of all specifications and measurements?
3. Can the provider of these 3 also provide what materials and on what specification according to this plan, structure and elevation are required?
4. How do customer know what are the activities or building amenities are included in the contractors construction scope? What are the exclusions that we should not be surprised while construction?
do they provide any document or only verbaly it will be communicated? if do, what is the name of that document?
5. Is it possible to know indepth details like electrical lines, junctions, electrical fittings like fan, lights, etc, , water lines and its fittings, drainage line and it's fittings, etc before we start construction? If so how?
