Totally agree. It is not a Woodcrafting Fixed Blade; it's a Tactical Combat Knife. And, it shouldn't be treated like a Bushcraft Knife. Well said, Bro! Us3 the right Tool for the right job! :-) Peace, Stiletto :-)

The Pentagon is a sick blade.I got it for a battle belt for larping lol.I might get the smaller Covert model for edc.MSRP is too high imo.$250 can get me into higher end knives.

A lot of SOG is priced high. They have sales frequently though. It's a quality piece.

What's a dagger made in similar materials that is a better price?

@@puddintame6310 The same question could be asked if many higher end knives. I'm admittedly not familiar. With many daggers. I know the Ka-Bar Ek knife and Spartan dagger both made in lower cost high carbon steels and grn handles.
