It’s funny you ask because I am currently facing this exact issue and will address it in my next video! The best way I’ve found to deal with such a “slump” is to: 1) Take a break and not practice for a day or two (it resets my mind a bit). 2) Not over push myself to do more laps if I see that I’m getting tired. 3) Analyze my laps and other’s (faster drivers) to see what they are doing differently. 4) Change my driving style. For example, I would change my brake bias, or brake earlier, or steer sooner, etc. (Just be careful because if you change your driving too frequently, you never really learn anything, because you aren’t giving yourself the necessary time to adapt to the change.) But one thing to always keep in mind is that the goal and the reason why we started simracing and/ or IRL racing, is to have fun. Take a break and relax!! There will be “bad” training days but don’t let those drag you down too much. It’s part of the process and you will be back on your feet sooner or later!!🚀🚀
Do you ever get into a ''slump'' or have a burnout? And what do you do about it?

Are you using just the fixed setups?
Yes, specifically the Ferrari "challenge" setup.
