The plot is pretty good, despite how cliche it is too. I found the way incantation-less magic was lost because demons wanted humans to get weaker was cool, and I also like how he gets reborn for a reason, and not just by chance.

In this case, the mc being overpowered and showing off to everyone with his skills. another cliche is encountering a girl or two and immediately getting close with them, and this case the mc seems to have a small crush on the blonde girl and she seems to like him back
Sometimes its good to see a show like that, tbh after a lot of animes watched, i prefer to watch something cliche like that but still entertaining than those Shounens like One piece/Boruto etc

In this anime that's probably the case, but from a tactical standpoint even if you're far superior to your enemies, it just makes life easier if you can keep your enemies technology as underdeveloped as possible

For people wondering. This anime's first episode dropped today and is so far pretty good. Graphics are great, plot is a new twist on a cliche and it sets up for some good stuff! Definetly give it a try
trust me plots not nearly as new as that. this is a very common trope actually, I know 2 other series that are virtually identical to this one even with the subplot of Demons tricking people into thinking the really strong thing is really weak. Its still a fun trope imo, but they did butcher this series by cutting A LOT of content.
@@ShadowAraun set up for good stuff? They did an entire season in one episode. They don't really have much more to go on. It literally falls step by step in line with the many near-identical anime, but jammed a full 12 ep season into one episode, so unless they pretty much do a second season at proper pace to replace the rest of first season, this one might be grasping at straws. I'll still give it a shot, if nothing else i was laughing at how fast they jammed entire episodes into 2-3 minutes.
