That Mazda is serving you well Bill, the goal should be a land cruiser the older the better bomb proof, or Mada proof,

Cost of labour is for-nothing there. A shame that Mada hasn't become a manufacturing centre. Roads and trains are terrible but an industrial port city could do well.

Nice city, place where the actual President of Madagadcar was born. Chilly time of year on the one of coldest place in Madagascar. At my time found accomodation even with 20000 ar/day, ussualy my target price on accommodation. Passed evening of Easter among Malagasy on central square (big concert, various games). No one pointed on me or assaulted me, so I survived. Bought 12 kg of avocados at Basar Be with 800 ar/kg and ate them during 1 month in Europe with friends. Woman was really excited and happy her product will reach Paris.
There is THB factory in Antsitabe, so you can make a deal.😊
Hope you have a good angel with you on your amazing trip to the south. Tell us regarding situation about destroyed road near Ilakaka, curious something was done or nothing changed...

Bro look like you are used travelling in mada. Once I tried Tana to Tamatave and it was the 1st and last ride there. That was a nightmare. Now I'm waiting for the new road to be ready or else I'm not ready yet to do an 8hr ride

Hello Bill, hope your trip south is going well. No more sleeping in the car my good man. So, what did you say the Mazda is worth in US dollars or Euros? Gotta buy something to drive when I retire there next year. Building a house in suburban Toamasina and just bought a 3 hectares of land with a beautiful hilltop view of the Indian Ocean just north of Fenerive Est. Really looking forward to building there next and spending my mornings seeing the sunrise with my coffee and croissants 😂

Ideally need $10,000 to get a car that you can drive locally if you wanna go on long-distance trips like I’ve done now ideally on a three year old car four-wheel-drive that’s gonna cost you €15,000

@@ghermaiberhu7284 I’m not sure 🤔 as Madagascar is improving every year there’s more and more cars more and more motorbikes. People seem to be having more assets including more buildings getting built all the time things do seem to develop in a lot of the country, but I don’t believe the tourism is increasing in Madagascar. It’s more and more difficult for flights internal and on top of that the price of flights to get here is around €1000 return so it’s not a cheap holiday destination and then there’s a problem with corruption and a bad roads internal transportation by cars is a nightmare. Sometimes I think the country is improving other times. I think that we’re 50 years behind the rest of the world and always will be.

@@passivenomads Infrastructure could be improved if there was perhaps a greater need for the trade of goods between the various areas and above all if there were production centers capable of producing them and if these two were perceived as a profitable investment. Almost always the problem of developing countries is that the population cannot afford to spend and consequently these markets are not perceived as attractive. Can we say that the country falls into this typology? Thank you

omg ur Mazda pickup is getting battered - find a garage in nosy be to undertake regular servicing/checks so that u don't suffer roadside breakdowns. shock absorbers need replacing every 100,000kms. replaced the front shocks on my subaru a few weeks ago, cost was $550 for bilstein units, labour extra.
