If you never opened it and there are no chances for a loose connection, at home, I can only advise to reset network settings, update to the latest version. If this doesn’t solve the issue, I would suggest you take it to a repair centre to have it checked as it could be a bit more complicated. Or, if still under warranty or insurance.. go for that.
@GsmTips The problem is that after resetting factory mode , it can't connect to any wifi to update the system. Even though I tried to update it with mobile data , still there's no wifi connection . 😑
@justlife7398 if is a software issue, it would need a full software. If you can manage with Odin, you can try at home, otherwise, take it to a shop.(Always flash the latest version, don’t downgrade).
It doesn’t seem to have recovery so it wont’t work. A new softare install probably would solve this but I think you better off taking it to a repair center.

I did it and it works just need to press volum down and power bottom and right when it turn off press volume up and power bottom keep till all those blue letter comes up
Hi, connect it to pc/laptop, wait for the charging sign to become green then hold down the volume up+power. Providing your volume up button works fine and you follow correctly the instructions, it should work. Hope that helps🙂

You must use the cable connected to pc/laptop, not chager. Providing your volume buttons work fine, this method should do the job, keep trying.

Why connect the cable? I did the hard reset with out connecting the cable and it worked

I don’t think so. If the phone is yours and you can login with your gmail, maybe you have some backup and you can retreive some data. Good luck!

Doesn't Go recovery mode. Directly Open on home screen
