I don’t think that the low version has anything to do with the error. I never had this error but I can suggest: try another SD, put the file on the root of the SD and do not extract, use it as it is.

@@GsmTips Yeah i put it on another sd drive that was totally empty and it worked first time. I cannot tell you how grateful I am for this help, I can now hopefully get a few more years out of this device before I have to give it up🤩.

I don’t understand exactly what you mean but if buttons are faulty it would need to be repaired first. Otherwise it should work.

I did not stress out the phone but I have seen others doing it. In conclusion good performance, you can play some games, decent cameras and a premium feeling, I would say it’s the best Samsung midrange you can get.
