solution was--
first connect your charger then wait wait 20% charge complete then ( when you do these 6 step dont unplug your cabel complete these 6 step
1- clear datae usb setting
2- clear data android system
3- clear data anroid system (when search android system then 2 android system show clear both of this)
4-cleader data device care
5- clear data one ui home ( its main)
6- then restart you phone
unplug you cabel and wait 1 hours for rest your phone then cheak your problem was gone.
This could also be a defective battery. I just got a brand new, sealed, and newer opened S20 Note and S20 (I know old models), and both were exhibiting the same behavior. Then, I noticed that both phones had slightly bulging batteries. Buying genuine batteries and replacing them fixed the issue, so you know, replacing a battery is not hard. Thanks for sharing this trick, worth a try!

If you HAVE a second Samsung Galaxy that supports wireless charging, try to charge it with that instead of the cable.
It took a while, but I was so relieved when I say the dead phone say 1% battery!

This really helps me, I don't know why this happened? My S24 ultra is charging slowly even there is "super fast charging" but it takes a lot to full charge.. I paid 1050Euro for this shit..

My new s23 on ui 6.1.. At first charged 6 time from 10% or 20% or 15% to 100% but now charging to 52% or 64% and stopped!!

I thought i was the only one that heard that
lol samsung got jealous of apple and started causing problems to their phones after updates. my phone got the same problem but I fixed it using the method shown on the video. the problem started when i plugged my phone to charge it at 11% but instead of charging it got its battery drained ?!?! when completely drained i plugged it to another charger and i got the screen with the circle and the lighting.

i had the same problem 13 month old samsung galaxy s23 had moisture detected i unplugged dried it out still same problem no change so i changed the wire got the grey circle would not charge tried the instructions from video got reboot but only 1% power lost the 1% power to 0% put charger in nothing not even grey circle left on for 2 hours no change decided to change from plug change to charge from pc by usb started to charge now i can confirm problem is the power outlet / input do not use 18w or 25w fast plug there are the issue try slow charge from pc or wireless or normal charging plug tip once you having working do not let the charge drop below 15% power and you can use fast charger
I can only charge S22 using a wireless charger. The plug doesn't work any more. It worked intermittent using different chargers but, finally totally failed and only charges wirelessly and yes, I have cleaned the port and used different cables. POS never happened with the 10 other phones that I had before. Can't believe this can happen with newer phone. I will make the change to Apple next phone.
And yes I have tried these "cures" , even though, I shouldn't need to.

@@juan2066 Mine is very bad. My phone has been on 50% battery life and doesn't get any increase on charge. Sometimes doesn't get to finish booting before it dies.
I believe mine is a hardware problem. Possibly the charge or power IC.

If these don't work do it like me which worked for me:
While your phone is plugged hold volume down and power, once screen goes black (the meaningless circle goes away) immediately switch to volume up(hold) whilst holding power button. It will bring the menu. Before hitting reboot make sure it is plugged and wait a couple seconds. Never works for me the first time but always second time. (S22 Ultra)
This is what worked for me
I guess you just have to improvise untill you get the reboot menu. Keep in mind it needs to be plugged. Looks like its not the same for everyone.

Well. I've had the same problem with my S22 and Tab S8+. So far, this method has worked for me. Also the one with force restart. But what I've observed is that. If I use any other charger. Let's say some 18W Mi charger. It has always charged my phone in such condition and I do not have to go through this hassle. I believe there is something with the 25W travel adaptor.
Also, I saw this in a video where someone was telling me that this issue is because of the fast charging setting in the battery menu. Now I'm not sure about that but this, using some other charger thingy has worked wonders for me.
I just had this charger problem today. So I should not assume that my 45W charger is busted ?? I also tried the regular oppo charger and that is charging the phone fine but my original charger isn't working at all. It was connecting and disconnecting automatically for a while and then it stopped charging completely. Will appreciate the response thanks

I have had a Galaxy S23 ultra for 8 months.
I saw a serious problem, when the battery runs out, that is, it completely runs out of charge, it is not possible to charge it, that is, you plug in the charger, but the device only shows 0%, even after hours on the socket.
I discovered that it only starts charging again when it “resets” several times, that is, you have to keep pressing the volume down button and the bixby button until 1% appears, pressing it about 4 to 9 times until it works.
I called Samsung and reported the problem, they said it wasn't a problem and I shouldn't let the battery run down and over time it would get worse until it wouldn't turn on anymore.
Easier to blame the user than to fix the problem, isn't it Samsung?

I had it checked from samsung. Turned out to be a faulty motherboard. I spent 300+ usd to get it fixed. I lost all my data and they destroyed the motherboard. The s22 series has a factory defect and some devices tend to have this problem
@BlakBelle I update my phone on a regular basis. Never noticed if it was after the update or before the update. It used to happen at least once a month but used to turn back on after about 12 hours until it shut off completely, and I had to get the motherboard replaced.

Samsung s21 no data cannot send or receive mms text can't send pics , and says searching for service. From what I read the daughter board causes : Sim problems, speaker and charging issues from dropping it.
I'm buying an old s20 w sd card slot again..s21 is junk anyway

absolute legend. works for s23fe as well. the fact that is is even a thing is insane. I don't know why they can't just make a phone that charges when you plug in the charger.

My S 22 does the same it died i remember it was at 17 % while watching video forgot about then poof it shut off try doing like he does plug 1/2 hr then vol up and pwr button hold both and still nothing ... hopeless

What about a black screen that when you plug the charger and you have to wrap the charger around the phone to even get a good connection and the lightning screen comes up for one second then shuts off back to the black screen the only way I could get a good charge the past couple of days is by wrapping the phone charger around the phone and now it won't even catch a charge I do believe it's very very dead but I've tried to reset it with the volume key I've tried everything in these videos and my phone will not go past the one blink lightning bolt and then shuts off to the black screen

I ended up taking it into our local mall and they have a Phone store that fixes cracked screens ect...and they charged me 65 bucks...replaced battery and charging port 🤷♀️ so yes I am back charging again ..but it's costs smh

I broke the screen a week ago. The phone worked fine all week with the broken screen. Yesterday the phone died and it will not charge even after trying different chargers and cords that all work on other devices. I've tried holding the power and up or down buttons but even after a minute or more nothing happens. Any ideas as to what I should do?

Mine s21 ultra wouldn't work, however sometimes it just shows that battery is on 48% and turns off again. Any help with that? I guess Exynos processor is not as good.

I used galaxy s21 and i press volumn down and power key but it doesnt work. You have to put connect the phone to a PC first. Yes this is the trick and after that the phone just boots up again miraclously
We haven't had our phones for a year. Now both our phones had major issues(S22 ultra). Mine was half my screen went out months ago and today hubs did what this video is about. Sadly, tips didn't work at all. I miss having LG phones! In 8yrs we've never had to use our insurance for LG phones! Now first yr Samsung is doing worse than when they first came out with the Galaxys. Oh, and apparently you can only do a claim 1x a year! Never trusted Samsung Galaxys. Wish there was similar Camara features in another brand.

This literally happened to me last night phone been dead since yesterday was trying different chargers and would only get that symbol. I thought it was the charger so ordered a new one. My phone does the things you say but only shortly then dies before finishing. It only follows through while plugged in and then when it finally started restoring Android because I wiped it it was on 0% and died...help?

The Android OS is a mess, apps can corrupt a system file/library and the phone won`t charge.
Work s if you press de down volume and power buton without let te phone 30 minutes, after you open it, put te charger on and let it go until the charge is conplet
